Yikes - a little scary about not being able to reverse osteopenia! I am 55 and have been active my entire life (yes, strength training too) and was shocked to discover I have osteopenia. I take all the supplements you mention, but have some metal toxicity and wonder if that’s the problem.

Hi, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis when I was in my early 40's now in my 60's my recent text no better I eat a lot of eggs and dairy and eat a lot of kale I like your complete bone support supplement blend all in one enstead of taking several vitamins that can hurt you like I did had a blood test recently it showed that I had a high level of vitamin D was 5× higher than normal very toxic I'm only suppose to take 800 mg up to 1,000 of D and 1200 calsium i'm also high on B1 180 is normal range I'm 294 so feel I'm at a disadvantage on the supplements I can take need an all in one supplement that's in my normal range that I'm allowed what would you recommend I'm wasting money on supplements that are not doing me justice and harmful. Thanks! also Would like collagen but can't have to much of anything as far as far as amounts of vitamins
