in min 8:29 you are saying "Meaning less bone and more minerals being absorbed by the bone" From what I understand bone resorption is the dissolution of hydroxyapatite. When you breakdown hydroxyapatite, the blood absorbs calcium and phosphate. So I was wondering what am I missing, because I don't get why the bone would absorb the minerals it just broke down. Could you clarify that for me?
