NYC's Peter Lugar Steakhouse, is now opened on the famous Las Vegas strip. The restaurant is located inside of Caesar's Palace. The 136 year old iconic restaurant is known for their locally dry aged steaks in New York City. In Vegas, the steakhouse has 4000 sq ft of space to dry age their beef.
This visit showcases the bone-in Ribeye Steak! It did not disappoint.

The one thing I do not like about peter luger's is they cut your steak while it is sizzling hot & it should rest for 10-12 minutes to let the juices redistribute because cutting it that hot all the juices & flavor run out & also I prefer to cut my own steak , but I know Ma'am you said a quick Blessing to Jesus for your food, thank you for that & I do the same thing & thumbs up to you Ma'am
