@@maryanderson2759 use a very sharp knife because if you break the bone instead of cutting it you will need to clean little bits of bone from the wing

You can remove the bones on the flats after they’re cooked, too. You twist the ends in opposite directions and pull both bones out. A hooters waitress showed me this probably 25 years ago.

9 times out of 10 boneless wings are just basically chicken nuggets. Usually the only time I’ve seen actually chicken cut up into bites is a place where it’s sold by the pound. That was very interesting how you were able to debone those wings leaving the skin and everything in tact. Looked super delicious

Try baking them, just seasoned, with a little oil to render the fat, cool them, and fry them. Gets em super crispy without the starch or any breading.
