Thank you sir. I've just entered my gyne obs residency and I'm always on the verge of crying when someone asks me about it. Seniors are a pain (2nd and 3rd yrs) . Some of them are unnecessarily rude. And I feel they don't care about us learning new things. They are always burdening us with stupid work. Like go with the patient here and there. I was really depressed. But after watching your video I've realised i just cannot let it affect my mental health. I will try not to take these things personally. 🙏

I'm in residency in a para clinical branch, leaning more toward the Academic side. It is in a diffrent region with different language I don't understand any thing so I just speak to every one I have to in English. I personally feel socially isolated here so I don't interact with anyone, if I have any doubts I would clear it online. Yes I have been criticised in my seminars and journal clubs. I try to improve, but I am just never satisfied. This has been my PG experience so far. I got 2 more years to Go before I can start working on my resume to apply at CDC.

Thank you so much sir ❤️This was much needed but i have a few doubts sir..i am in Pediatrics Dept..i do not get it if we are supposed to attend the consultants rounds or not? if i don't attend the rounds i don't get what next investigation to send or plan for the patient..if i attend the rounds seniors taunt me that now since u know everything about this patient u can handle it right..so perplexed. Secondly multiple instructions and speed is killing me sir..dispatch samples but do not collect samples in front of consultants, get the patient for 2D Echo, get the discharge cards ready, and get everything done by 1..i get so chaotic and get anything barely done at the end by 1. But most importantly sir i have this extremely tormenting senior who has made our lives hell..she blames us if anything at all goes wrong..if we report a low BP she says how did u pass ur MBBS..u do not even know how to take BP yet..if she is unable to reintubate a child timely she screams at us that the child died coz we did not suction properly..she gives us such ambiguous and vague instructions and if we try to clear ki mam ye hi krna h na..she calls us stupid and dumb or oversmart..then we commit mistakes and get another round of scolding..I get panic attacks thinking she might be on duty with me. U have already covered it sir..but it felt good to let it out😅
