Sathya Buddy I took Pathology and its the best decision I’ve made. The subject is interesting (atleast for me) and faculties are usually cool and calm. I almost took Anaesthesia since it was the subject everyone around my rank took.

I was interested in Surgical works during internship but the same time I liked studying medicine and learning widet things.. As you told speciality changes my personality. Very confused which extreme I should go by either Medicine or Surgery..
