The omni wrecker NPC does not require the balloon gun . Just make your way up to the "launcher cart" thingy and jump to a nearby ledge and you can walk to the other side of the wall and jump down.

I got the Omni Wrecker NPC on accident without the balloon gun. When the ramp launches you to the final area, I was holding the "Bullet time" button for giggles and missed the jump entirely and fell in the alleyway. I got the box and then the street cleaner picked me up. somehow it didn't drop me in the pipe to my death, I fell to the side of it and just jumped down. It did however, take me waaaaaay back in the level. The balloon gun is absolutely the preferred method.

Sadly balloon-gunning yourself no longer makes "you" fly. It's kind of sad so many of these rely on the balloon gun. But there's actually many ways to get this stuff.

i managed to make it work once, haven't been able to do it again. now i think of it maybe i shot the balloons on the weapon that was on my rear waist slot. if you grab an ammo crate or something and shoot that you can still fly.

if you want to know how to get the dev weapons at the time tower, don't use any guns except for melee weapons (you can use the guns as a blunt weapon too) throughout the entire game. You can find ammo anywhere you go throughout the map, look in trashbins, lockers, and some places for ammo.

If you want to unlock the sandbox mode in 2020 just throw everything in the blue thing and the go to the place where you get your first gun and the head to the blue thing and the sandbox capsule should be there, throw it into the blue thing and then get the gun beside it and throw it in if you want a pistol btw you can’t steal the guns from the room next to the blue thing anymore sucks. Oh and if you go into sandbox there will be no guns there because you have to collect them which sucks

The second monomat on the Time Tower level has the utility gun. I haven't unlocked it yet but I imagine once you buy it you can spawn in the utility gun and spawn in the balloon gun and other things you will need. This is just what I think, so don't say you weren't warned if you can't use it. Edit: That is exactly how it works. Buy the utility gun and you can spawn it in other levels

Crouching should work. The reason you probably can’t get up is because your in game legs are dangling down. Use the right stick to tuck your legs in/ virtual crouch and it should work. If not, it must just be the way you’re doing it.

That's the whole point though you have to do a run where you must conserve as much of your ammo as you possible can and look in hidden areas where you might find some ammo and save it up until you can unlock it, I know it can but hard but search some guides to help you on the way, and you should be able to do it!! ;)

how to get developer manipulator balloon gun easier and free for the developer manipulator you go to the redacted chamber do the puzzle btw u need redacted chamber for all of this for the developer manipulator you go to the redacted chamber do the puzzle and when you get shooting range go back to the main place get the developer manipulator out of the box and then get the balloon gun and climb on the vents then shoot the balloons down and climb the roof to the reclamation bin and land on the pipes and put in developer manipulator in the reclamation bin. and for the balloon gun get it in the place it spawns (which I think it spawns in the square thing on the floor) and then do the puzzle and when you are done get the developer manipulator out of the box and shoot the balloon gun into the reclamation bin with the developer manipulator and complete the level.

The ONLY thing i hate with this game is that ford has to be worked for and unlocked. I bought this game just bc of the fords and wanted to troll with them but then suddenly i have to work hard to get a trashy null body and a museum sandbox and i just dont get the ford? This game could've been good but ig the devs wanted it to be bad. Edit 20 hours later: I worked so hard for two days and now I am at dungeon but still cant jump high enough to climb up that place over your cell. I did manage to get up and was just about to jump to the crate where your ford is, but then I fell.
