Johnny Lee Schell, Hutch, and Tony Braunagel, her best "Bonnie" band ever and the nicest folks! Her keyboard players changed often. Miss you all!

This is one of my favorite songs. I've seen her twice. She never performed it.

I saw that version of her band a bunch of times. So so great. I miss Johnny Lee Schell.

This clip is so rare. Such an amazing song. Looks like Jimmie Vaughn on background vocals/guitar. Seriously, this is a true find... BR doesn't play this song anymore. It's one of my favorites of hers.

See there we see a red-haired woman, she, if you wish, is a real queen of rock&country music. When I'm listening to your voice and sounding your guitar, of course, I was submitted under your charm and your manner of performing on the stage. I 've delighted by your's convinced pride air, it looks like as an omnipotent hostess of it's a wonderful performance. This concert had been entirely incomparable.

Damn, that woman can sing! She dedicated this to the memory of Lowell George of Little Feat, who'd died 10 years previously. He'd been one of her influences for slide guitar (and, I understand, a bit more than just a "friend", at least from her side).

when i saw her she dedicated it to Richard Manuel after he killed himself. She is a sweetheart and very sentimental

I guess you got me in a sentimental mood Never thot I'd feel this way again Lyin' here with my dreams I get so lonely thinking of you [Chorus:] River of Tears Oceans of heartbreak I want to feel What your love can be I close my eyes Chances that I take Got me so blind Til I can't see I never let you know just what's been on my mind Never thot I'd hurt so bad for you lovin' this long Lyin' here at nite alone I keep on wonderin' just what went wrong [Chorus] River of Tears River of Tears [Chorus]
