A question Darren please. Why does the waterboard require boxing in of certain pipes when they will be covered by lintels and the whole building? They will not be able to access them in any event. Thanks. David from the Isle of Wight. And yes, it is 12.30 am!

I'd like to ask Darren, Who sets the depth of the footing concrete? Is it the architect? Here in Yorkshire those would be seen as very deep footings. (Normally 2ft down we have MOT type 1 subsoil).

Ultimately it’s BC. The structural engineer specified 1 metre dig but once dug the inspector calls the shots and depending on what he sees you may require deeper.

Hi Darren. I think this is still a public video? You might want to check your settings and feel free to delete this comment. I’d love to become a member but can’t right now. Good luck with the behind the scenes stuff, I know people will love it! Have a great weekend 👍
