This is primarily his choreography. He didn’t like how it was originally done. So they let him do his thing. Brilliantly.

I was 8 when I first heard Elvis sing Suspicious Minds and fell in love with him. When I saw a picture of him that was it for me. 52 yrs down the track and Im more in love with this amazing wonderful gorgeous man. Hopefully these young girls learn more about him as the get older. Heck my little great niece who is 4 yrs old adores him and will watch his movies without interruption💜

It’s hopefully generations of these kids that will keep Elvis’ music library going strong. I think they will. But it’s great that at 9 years of age, at least they were willing to watch one of Elvis’ greatest music videos. Greetings from Melbourne, Australia girls.👍🇦🇺🤪😁☮️

Show them some more things like Vegas 1970, 68 comeback, aloha 73. These kids can’t go on without knowing elvis is the greatest looking man, and singer and entertainer to live

You may want to point out to them that Elvis did not want to do the dance moves that the movie people had for him to do. So he did his own moves and the other dancers had moves designed around Elvis' moves. Also, the real recording of the song didn't have all the background singers singing "Rock, rock, rock" and "Daddy-o".

The best production number from Elvis's movies. His third film. The original was in black-and-white.

According to history books, this "Jailhouse Rock" scene is the world's first music video. Mohamed Ali once said; "Elvis is bigger than anything". I think he was right.

React to 1970 Suspicious Minds Hound Dog 50's, Bridge Over Troubled Water 1970 Vagus, American Trilogy Aloha concert 1973 that was broadcasted around the world and seen by 1.5 Billion people. I was there row 3 center n couldn't take my eyes off of him. I was 21 i have been listening to Elvis since 1956 n yes im old now but Elvis music keeps me young I m happy you pretty girls get to see n listen to Elvis. He was the best entertainer of all time. There will never be another Elvis. Keep reacting to his music He sang over 700 songs. I love your reaction n if Elvis was alive he would agree

I was born in 1956. I fell in love with Elvis from watching his movies on our old black and white TV during the early 1960's. One of my favorite early films of his that made a forever fan was his "Follow That Dream". You might try to introduce them to Elvis through one of his movies...I would suggest "Loving You" or "King Creole". If those plots are too heavy for them, then try lighter movies like "Viva Las Vegas" or "Blue Hawaii".
@theatremomhope6093 жыл бұрын
All of those are my favorites. I thought about letting the little ones watch scenes where he sang to kids, or like in G.I. Blues his song with the puppet.

@@theatremomhope609, the puppet song is exactly the one I was thinking of when I read Paul's comment! Also the one from, I think, "It Happened at the World's Fair," where he's trying to get the sad little girl to smile. Can't remember the title. New subscriber here!

well mom you did a great job, they are so adoring and funny. they maybe to young to appreciate elvis like we do, or maybe a nice balled or a power song with not much dancing. of course that might defeat the purpose of what you are trying to accomplish. good luck
