Couldn't tell you how many times I've asked other musicians in big bands questions like on twitter, like what's a certain lyric or what guitar chord are you playing at this specific part.. and never get a response. 🤣 But I guess to be fair they don't owe me a response. Lol obviously they get bombarded with questions and comments all the time. So for Fred to take the time and genuinely have interest doing so.. it's super cool of him.

Just as flawless as usual! I've always been a huge TBS fan, so much so that I've learned every song on bass and some on guitar, from Tell All Your Friends to some of the self-titled album, anyways. Anyways, TBS was something VERY special when you were a part of it. Nothing against John Nolan, I think he is an excellent guitarist and songwriter with lovely vocals but it just isn't the same.

The guitar work in this song is so under-rated within TBS’ catalog. You and Eddie really made something special happen in this song especially considering it was the first song you all wrote together. Would you be able to do a play through of “Lullaby” or “Little Devotional”? I’ve never been able to get that harmonized lead part down, and I’d love to see if broken down somehow.

Oh my god. Watching how good this is, and seeing the TBS plaque on the wall, just makes me think how F’ing awesome it would be if fred went back to the band since eddies guitar spot is open. Fred really elevated TBS with his guitar work. I can fee the energy through the screen and it takes me back to a mosh pit in 2006. I enjoy John for sure i just feel that Fred boosted them so much and i truly think if there was any way having them both in the band that there would be some sick guitar work on future albums. We used to cover this when we were in college. Man, you deserved more views and recognition. You were and still our favorite. Good luck and please don't stop making music and doing this thing in YT.

Freaking awesome how Fred plays and sings all of these parts flawlessly! You can tell they put a lot of effort into these songs and had a blast playing them by the way he still plays them now!!

This is probably my favorite Taking Back Sunday song. I love everything about it. Crunchy rhythm. Basically a sick solo throughout the verses. Back and forth vocals. Drums on point as always. Amazing finale. And of course Fred still sounds amazing. I feel absolutely blessed that I saw TBS on the Louder Now tour. I saw them play a long set at the Great Allentown fair like 15 years ago when MCR canceled and it was a spiritual experience. WYWTB and Louder Now are masterpieces. The Louder Now Parttwo recordings are also so good, but I do get just a touch of sadness when I hear the drums from Bonus Mosh pt 2 at the end of What's it Feel Like to be a Ghost. I wish the whole set was recorded and/or released.

Bonus Mosh holds a special place for me. It was the first song we wrote together as a band when I joined. Thanks for watching

I've always loved the riding of the kick drum during the choruses. And not only gives them the punching power it needs coming out of the verses, but adds intensity as well.
