Can someone who doesn't get the Mingus joke give an explication? I don't get it. (I'm from Arkansas)

There is a slang word, "minger" (pronounced with a hard g, as in grab) which can either mean an ugly, or in some areas slutty, woman. So when someone shouts out "mingers" the way Ross pronounces it, it would be pretty insulting.

Snuff isn't inhaled, it's sniffed into ones nostrils. Actually quite pleasant but not something I'd do habitually.
