By the way Eclipse: to add on to the grind being way easier, the quests are actually doable at any level! I was wandering around at level 23 and came across the level 25 quest and dismissed it at first, but after coming back I clicked it and it said i could do the quest anyway! All that was in the way was a simple notification that the boss might be a bit out of my depth, but it was a very pleasant surprise for me.

In order to make sure I wasn't just tripping, I made sure to make my way over to the level 70 quest giver when I was around level 30, and it allowed me to take the quest anyway, which made getting to max level incredibly easy especially since so many people were grinding the level 70 boss

But does get a bit boring, you just completely get level boosted basically, I think they should still have a cap on how high of a quest you can do (like 20 levels higher than you currently are for example). Because you absolutely wouldn't be able to do the level 70, so basically the only way you could do it was by being level boosted

Head Staff again, hi Glad you pointed out some issues. Health when killing npcs was honestly our mistake, no excuse for that, but we will make changes to improve it, hopefully by tomorrow. The parkour is something I complained about ALOT of times, mentioning how it's a roadblock and makes new players (especially mobile) quit. Hopefully the owner will listen now and make it easier. The level thing was an oversight, since all of us were testing story mode as max levels, so we weren't aware of the level quests. We gladly take criticism so we can improve as much as we can, feel free to reply to this and give feedback (talking to people reading this). :)

When introducing a friend to TCA, he mostly had the same sort of complaints. I'm glad you are doing your job (of flaming developers while delivering constructive criticism) very well as usual. Looking forward to more content like this. Edit: Small sidenote, I'm glad they separated ranks (prestige) and levels, because then getting to max would take a lot more than needed. Plus, I've found PvP helps a lot with ranking up so it incentivizes that for the extra benefits.

For the obstacle course I full heartedly agree. From that course itself I didn't even know you could move from side to side, to the point I just went into my stat points, got Time Skip on my Star Plat and entirely skipped the parkour. Ended up recommending the same to my friends as well if they got SP, TW or KC.

To make the healing less of a problem I'd either: 1. Make it so you heal after killing an NPC. 2. Make it so you heal faster when out of combat. This will solve being low HP before engaging your next enemy but it won't make posing too op mid combat.

Although this is a good idea there is one problem. Pvp. Some people( the kind of people who run and projectile spam) can just run to a level 1 thug and kill them to heal

@@itzlink1009iguess they can do it like deepwoken (and many many other games) where they separate combat tags, one for pve, one for pvp. if you're in pvp combat tag you cannot get healthpacks from npcs

"Assumed knowledge" about things like posing for healing or quest NPCs is one of the biggest oversights in like every roblox game nowadays tbh

Honestly the parkour was super cool and unique in tandem with the ledge mechanic being in a Jojo game, but they need to incorporate that LATER. As things are right now, PVE just feels like a noob killer in general with everything Eclipse covered and the fact that the quests later on are still very tough but acceptable (npcs mash moves and heavies, soloing them at intended level is HARDCORE, you're better off foghting Jotaro and Giorno with other randoms which is the case most of the time anyways) I do think they also need to slow dowm M1s a tad bit and match the animations better with more telegraphing. Half the time I cant tell whether I'm M1ing or not because the animation is just way too slow to catch up with M1 trading, but it IS fun/powerful when used well.

i think for the entire movement "training" area the devs did, what a lot of other devs did, wich is forget that most people who play roblox are children between the ages of like 8 - 13, obv there are older people who know what to do, but thats only a small(relativeley small i think) % of people who play roblox.

All of the criticism you put for this game are pretty valid! Glad you pointed out some issues so staff of the game can see this and try to make their game better. As for the coffee quest i believe it is there to introduce players to the map so they can get used to locations and remember where key places like the coffee shop are. I believe same thing applies to the shop quest and etc :) Great vid!

these repeatable quest are suggesttions... a level 1 can do the level 70+ quest and beat it and get all the rewards... you can use ws pilot on the hill above bird guy and cheese it and i have done this for 2 alts each one took some 1 hour total to get to level 100 including the stand farming of getting ws

Fun fact: you can do quests that are higher level then your current level, and you can usually find people grinding the level 70 quest. All you need to do is get some hits in on the boss and you still get credit for the quest.

Raid bosses were changed and you need 5% damage to get any credit BUT this also applies to those npcs (You need about 37.5 damage to get credit on bird guy the best side quest in the game)

rough idea of the coffee quest here is that it serves 3 purposes, 1: Just good old map exploration, put all this time to make the map look pretty and noone would be at that spot anyways so why not, take a 30 second walk there and back just to show off the map. 2: Showing that not every npc matters all that much. The coffee-shop employee is just a silly npc that doesn't serve any real purpose, and 3: Just to show you an area where you and some friends can chill, maybe make an intro inside the shop, maybe just hang out with some randoms sipping on useless coffee. Is it important,

Lol that exact scenario happened to my friend when he tried the game. He didn't know how to wall climb so i told him how to get through. Then when he died to the npcs and realised he had to do the parkour again he just quit the game

yeah i also noticed the parkour being an issue (experienced it first hand as i did not knwo how to grab ledges and got it once by luck), though it seems i cannot progress past the informan, because when i took the quest to go talk to the npc that give you the strong thug quest, the server shutdown for an update, which seems to have messed up something, now even if i completed the quest i cannot talk to the informant nor hayato, essentially perma softlocking me.

As many others have said above, you can do quest that are higher than your level, so if you can get some people to help, or are skilled enough, you can easily get to max level. Not like you're missing too much with the story anyways

the PvE as it stands right now is still kinda busted, the whole NPCs spamming their moves like there's no tomorrow really doesn't help your health bar. The fact that they're also an AI means they don't need to react to their move endlags or whatever, they will always frame perfect execute them unless you manage to cancel it.

I had no issues leveling but getting to rank 1 was a pain in the ass. There isn't enough ways to get rank XP at rank 0 since you are locked out of 1v1s so it basically forces you to evolve a stand or spend HOURS grinding keys. Most stands require raid bosses or 1v1s to evolve so the only real option is getting SPTW which is quite easy. However in order to do that you need to roka your current stand(no stand storage until rank 1) and pray that you get SP in the 15 or so arrows/rokas that you would have at this point because the spawn rates are really bad rn especially considering the influx of players. I personally think you should just get 100 rank xp over the course of the story and that would solve all the issues present with the current system.

Pretty sure the game used to have it so the informant asks for money. Not sure how much but I remember having to do a bandit beater quest 4 or 5 times. It was good of them to change that.

I dont know what happened and because i was new to the game i thought the coupon was for another free coffee and i had no directions to the shop and then for whatever reason skipped the shop quest after talking to rohan again hoping he would give me better directions. It then told me to just talk to jotaro which i did and moved past ever seeing the shop again just like that.

I do hope they do add more PVE content like you mention. PVP is fun but I always felt YBA was lacking, all there is is then main story and a few "go beat up 5 thugs" type side quests. This game has world bosses which is a step in the right direction

Update on the traversal level. They labelled on the course on what to do and how to grab ledges but the boxing arena is still bugged plus it still doesn'ttell you how to heal. Side note the mobile version is ok but not great but the obstacle course is 10 times worse on mobile

if you get whitesnake you can get the bird man quest go to the ledge and pilot and kill the npc and he cant attack you so it’s way faster took me around 20-30 minuets for level 100
