Who doesn't "want it now" with about everything! You do a great job showing the breakdown and keeping things light. Thanks! I think another thing to keep in mind with those triplets is to not overplay the bass. Kind of like how you don't want to phase rolls with right or left hand dominance. They sound so much better to me.

Do you prefer a metal snare or wood? I’m getting tired of my papery sounding piccolo and looking for something more deep and warm without a lot of ring or that hitting paper with a pencil sound. I love the sound of that one you are using here. It’s exactly what I’m looking for!!

That's too crazy, I was going to comment about the stones and you opened this video talking about them. I'm going to be 55 in March and you guys have me back playing my drums again figured if Charlie Watts is still beating an banging I guess I can too. Definitely feeling it in my arms and legs like being on a treadmill with my double Bass pedals thanks for the inspiration. Rock on😂🤘🤙👍✌

You're right, it's called a four stroke roll. The "cookies are good" thing, I've always heard it called "bucket of fish", so that's what I call it. I use that fill in my drumming all the time.

Ive been doing nothing but listening learning all Zeppelin songs..page and even jonesies bass parts.. Been doing this since i learned guitar by ear and very quickly at age 18.. Switched from Bonham protege to a michael schenker protege ..although still played drums In bands. So.. It was post zep/bonham phase.. So over the years ive learned quite a bit of zeppelin just because everyone likes Black Dog..Rock And Roll... Immigrant song..the ocean..A few acoustic pieces..stairway..rain song..(although just yesterday took the time to really listen and finally got around to learning Rain Song absolutely correctly).. Over the hills and far away.. But all the many other great rock/blues jams so many its incredible and a joy finally learning these playing these on guitar now..as it was decades ago learning them focused mainly on drums.. My son plays bass so i learn the bass parts and show him so we can jam. Anyway Zeppelin is by far the best band ever by a long shot.

I think Bonham is doing waaay more 1/16 ghost notes with his right hand. Even more so than his left. A concept most drummers dismiss because they can't do it but of course they can't. It's Bonham.

Terry, my problem is I can do the hi hat (single hit) and doubles on the bass drum all day long, but when my left hand hits the snare, my legs gets locked up for some reason....in other words the short licks on good times bad times at the beginning of the song, no problem, but at the end of the song where is twice as long, the second part of the lick is sloppy....why?
