As a man at 66 years old, I have played the Boggie Woogie song the way my dad taught me since I was 7 years old and no matter how good I thought I was getting as the years past, this one by Johan Blohm brings me to tears. This has always been one of my favorites. Thing of note: the piano is a Roland electric piano, which is highly regarded. That, and the quality of the recording may, may be part of what makes this such a great, full throated, recording. This is part of a Refreshments concert called "One night with the Refreshments" which is also on you tube, and the two songs which precede this one in that concert feature Albert Lee as a guest guitarist. They are also a couple of my favorites.

Excellent! My grandfather Edward kichuk played this music in Connecticut. I think you play just as well and he was the top man in New London County to fill in one night for the Tommy Dorsey band piano player. In new london. And he was a church organist as well for over 25 years. I sat next to him only one time for Boogie Woogie type songs. And it was awesome. And you are top-notch!
