@mattmatt24173 жыл бұрын
This is kind of crazy, how can you get in trouble for firing a warning shot, at someone, you told not to come to your house, the next step, if they didn't leave, was to then shoot them. The guy was warned, MULTIPLE times. Does stand your ground laws/self defense, not protect you? I guess this is ANOTHER reason why I would NEVER live in a neighborhood. I prefer fences/gates/security cameras and the ability to protect my self and family. Also when it comes to something like this, it shouldn't matter, who's gun it is, this is for/is self defense. That other person should have been thrown in jail, for criminal trespassing and they should have felt lucky that they only had a warning shot fired at them and they are/were still alive. If you can't protect your self and family, where you live/on your own property, you NEED to move RIGHT AWAY, this is insane. I guess the good news is, his channel SEEMS to have been deleted, SO I guess no one will have to deal with this guy anymore. ALSO for the people that are defending this guy, IF this guy wasn't trespassing/on someone's property, without permission, this COULDN'T have happened, this guy didn't have ANY business at his house.

With guns, warning shots DO NOT EXIST. going "oh I'll just shoot him in the leg so I don't kill him" DOES NOT EXIST. You shoot your weapon as little as possible while being the most efficient you can at disabling the target. PERIOD. You shoot to kill and not for a SINGLE other reason. Warning shots are for scaring away animals. If you fire warning shots against a human, you'll just get into a whole bunch of legal trouble. You'll lose a ton of money on legal fees, and possibly lose your freedom and ruin the rest of your life. It's often easier to get a murder charge to be deemed self defense than it is to explain to the courts why you brought a gun into the situation and fired your weapon when you didn't need to kill someone, since your attacker walked away unharmed and very much alive. Or they might twist it to where you supposedly provoked the attacked by discharging your weapon. If your attacker walks on two legs, don't fire warning shots.

Boogie was very far from the man in the right here. This is a story of a man who threatened and taunted someone, who thought having the power of a gun and the threat of murder would intimidate an unthreatening man into not talking to him solely to protect his ego. Frank Hassle only acted in exactly the way Boogie explicitly and repeatedly demanded he do when he visited. Boogie continually made threats "I'm going to kill you and take pleasure in doing it", Hassle continually stated that he did not want to hurt Boogie and that he was not a threat. Granted Hassle was a dick prior to the Keemstar debate, but Boogie could have blocked Hassle, called the police for harassment, ignored Hassle, but instead he wanted to feel like the big man here. As Frank Hassle left Boogie followed him shouting about how Hassle is a pussy for leaving. The fact that Boogie spent 20 minutes repeatedly and explicitly demanding Hassle show up, knock on his door, taunting him and calling him a pussy almost immediately prior to the event means he really has no leg to stand on. When Hassle did indeed knock Boogie then asked him to remain where he was and assured Hassle that he was coming to the door instead of asking him to leave. Boogie had stated that he was hopeful that Hassle would turn up to his house, incorrectly stating his belief that the state laws allowed him to execute Hassle if Hassle stepped on his lawn. Boogie sounded excited at the prospect of killing Hassle. Boogie also continually mixed up Hassle's name implying the hatred he had for Hassle was actually aimed at someone else. Aiming the gun at Hassle was incredibly illegal, shooting again incredibly illegal. Boogie is the type of person every gun owner hates, the type who puts himself in situations solely because of the gun with the intention of pushing others to force a "self defence" situation allowing Boogie to shoot. Such actions are not considered self defence. Nothing Hassle did was illegal at any time. Hassle was morally in the wrong very early when he made jokes at Boogie's expense, but that completely flipped the moment Boogie started taunting Hassle to come to his property with the intention of executing Hassle solely because Hassle's comments threatened Boogie's ego and manhood. Had the people around not advised Boogie not to kill Hassle I believe he absolutely would have shot, with the mistaken belief that Hassle stepping onto his lawn allowed Boogie to execute him. In reality Boogie's state requires a clear and immediate threat of mortal harm before you can even point the gun, and only if retreating is not an option.
@yoji57593 жыл бұрын
Both are fucking stupid
@olivialambert41243 жыл бұрын
@@yoji5759 I disagree. Hassle hates Boogie, Boogie hates Hassle. Hassle was doing his normal behaviour, things he makes a living from doing, prior to their debates. The worst of this was telling Boogie he would hypnotise him into becoming a sissy and make him do gay things with hypnosis. Boogie invites him over with the threat of murdering him, apparently to the point of even giving Hassle his address. Hassle correctly called his bluff knowing that it would both make amazing content (again, his job) and discredit a man he has very little regard for and believes is trying to hide behind a holier-than-thou attitude whilst being anything but, and playing the victim whilst often being the aggressor. On all metrics what Hassle did here was an extreme success towards all of his goals, whilst massively increasing his brand awareness and significantly improving his long term income when he needed it most. Hassle played a gambit and came out so far on top its difficult to explain without sounding like an exaggeration. It might have looked stupid but it really was the intelligent play here by far. Boogie could have turned all of this into Hassle's loss without any aggression, but he did made all the wrong decisions the moment he realised he has access to a gun.

It is 100% illegal to harass someone then show up to their house. If wanted you will have a restraining order placed against you and you will go to jail for criminal trespass because he told him to leave the property and before hand made it clear he would be in danger if he trespassed. He didn't trick him or hide what his intentions would be. That's like if you see a trespassing sign and walk by it, then the owner points a gun at you and says to leave but then you argue with him yet you already know the owner made it clear that you harassed him already and if you ever trespassed you'd be shot. You can't defend Frank if you have brain cells or if you would hate someone doing what frank did to Boogie to you or your daughter. It was said boogie told him "I dare you to show up" which can be taken as an invitation or a threat. A threat would be illegal btw. Then after daring and inviting him over he answers the door with a gun. If he feared his life he wouldn't have answered the door. Now firing the gun. He can claim it was an accident but thats negligent discharge within city limits, you can get your guns taken away for that. Lol if frank is in the right for taking the bait with boogie telling him to come knock pussy (which is just an extension of boogie taking the troll bait and responding to and getting upset and bothered by frank in the first place), then boogie was in the right for taunting in the first place Point is both are in the wrong but boogie is the good guy Frank trolls boogie Boogie gives in and taunts Frank gives in to the taunts Boogie escalates and makes mistakrs

Kyle could let his crazy dog go. If I knew someone was coming to hassle me I’d get a lend of my brothers Caucasian Shepard because I know Brutus would get rid of him because he’d either chase him away or fucking eat him.

I find it interesting how in america a warning shot is a no go zone. Here in europe police uses warning shots often when potential armed criminals aren’t wanting to show there hands.

"here in Europe" Lmao where? There's no way your police are that dumb, have they not heard of the very simple concept of "what goes up must come down"????

@@vorbo01 That's a myth, you regard. A bullet doesn't have the same velocity coming back down. Is simple physics that dayum hard to do?
@vorbo01 Жыл бұрын
@@worldserpent731 are you actually dumb? Unless you fire a round straight up in the air, as in directly up, all your doing is sending a round on an arc so it goes an even longer distance with plenty of penetrating power. A girl died in Georgia from this exact thing like two years ago. Amazing how confident you sound when you are so unbelievably, inarguably wrong you absolute gimp

Wsrning shot = discharging firearm in public charge. This situation qualifies for aggravated assault with deadly weapon. If he kills the guy it will be used as evidence of intent to get homicide 2 or capital murder.

why doesn’t the guy just go to other people for content, why put your own life in danger just to be a nuisance to some guy who obviously doesn’t want to be bothered.

@Tomoko_Kuroki8882 жыл бұрын
Its funny coz when this thing first happened I was kinda on boogies side, like watching the video even seeing how frank didnt believe him. And how boogie said he was being threatened by him. Which wouldve been fine if the threat wasnt fucking sissy hypno.
