I recited the testimony of Joseph Smith on my mission too many times to count! After exploring in depth the contradiction contained in his THREE 'first vision contradictions I concluded it was time to become an apostate.

Joseph Smith was attacked and they tried to get the plates from him but God prevailed and kept him from the men that would rob him. Joseph was kept from the plates until his heart was pure. It was made clear to him that the plates were not his but were loaned to him for translation of the Book of Mormon. God is in charge yesterday, today, and forever. He works with imperfect people, but Joseph was called to be a prophet so he was a person of high moral character whether people believe it or not. It is something I don't just believe, I have received a witness of the man and who he really was and still is. I believe he has been resurrected and will return to the work of gathering Israel before the coming of the Lord.

The truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and Joseph Smith are evidenced by the amazing fruits they have born. Many many millions have found GREAT faith and understanding of our Father in Heaven and his son Jesus Christ. Peace, joy, and incredible happiness result from following the Book of Mormon and teachings of God’s restored New Testament church on the earth once again through His ordained Prophets. The church has grown as prophesied to Joseph Smith that it would cover North and South America and the whole earth in preparation for the second coming of our Savior Jesus Christ. If God created the whole world he can certainly send and angel to restore the proper knowledge of him and his gospel to an earth with confusion and wickedness. He loves all His children and wants them all to repent, know and obey His commandments and come unto Him to receive Eternal Life. If you have a sincere heart and read and pray with real intent to know if it’s true, the God of Heaven with give you a witness in due time as you study the words and pray. I KNOW this is true because the God of Heaven witnessed to me that it’s true. I’m am so very grateful to be a member of His church, the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
