I'm on book 3 now. I have become addicted to Sanderson since last year. I met him at his convention last year when I was dressed as Wax from Mistborn Era 2. He was awesome!

I just started book two today. Ahh, your lucky getting to meet him sounds so cool.

I'm doing a reread right now and annotating as I go! If you'd like to buddy read for any of the others, I'm in! I loved your review, especially the portion covering class. I didn't find it spoilery at all - more of an intro.

Yay, I'm glad and hopefully I can also strike that balance with the 2nd book. 😆 The plan is to read one a month until the new one releases. Probably going to be starting Words of Radiance next week if you'd like to join.

Such a fun review! I love the detail of adding artwork! It gives the review more depth and sparks interest 👍👍

Thank you, I was a bit worried I put to many. Hopefully I can keep finding (mostly) spoiler free images per book. 🤞🏻

What sword is that on the bookshelf? Also those notations 😳 Youre definitely not failing that stoemkight archive final exam lol.

That is Frodo's sword Sting from Lord of the Rings. Haha, I feel like I'm still figuring out how to tab properly and mostly only when they change characters or Wit says something good. 😆

I enjoyed your passion and enthusiasm, keep making reviews! But I'd recommend watching the spoilers and try to treat it more as a review speaking to someone who hasn't read it. More about your experience and how it spoke to you and less of a synopsis. A good example was when you talked about the world building, how you loved it. When you talked about the lore it was essentially just spoilers. People can find that kind of info from many sources, what makes youtube reviews unique is you and your opinions.

Thank you 😊. I suppose the Lore section might be spoilery 😓 To me though it seemed okay to share as most of that information didn't affect the knowledge of this story. I'll have to try to think on what others might consider to much information. Probably didn't do Shallan justice in why she's awesome in this review either, but at least there's the next book to explain that with.

@@BookedPanda I kind of regretted the comment after I made it cause it's not like I know what I'm talking about, so please take it with a grain of salt. I didn't really mean that the lore section was too spoilery more that you didn't say how you like or disliked it or why. In any case, not a big deal. I think Shallan gets a lot more interesting in the next book! through The Way Of Kings some of her chapters made me want to skip just to get back to Kaladin. Probably more of a reflection of Sanderson leaving Kal on a cliff hanger than Shallan being boring.

It's fine constructive criticism is helpful, made me think about how much I do or don't talk about feelings in my reviews. All of these will be rereads so it does feel odd since it might not be a first time feelings toward them. Like reading about Elhokar and Moash brings up different emotions this time around. This book was definitely poor Kaladin's though. So nervous for him in book five.
