Here are some activities which can make you happy 1) Sports 2) Follow your hobby 3) Read , Think and write 4)Help others (Helping others make some people happy including me) 5)Start saying sorry and forgiving others 6) Be nice to people regardless of their so called social status (It also gives happiness) 7) Be disciplined in life 8) Be in a company of open, happy and generous people 9) Follow 8/8/8 rule -8hour -sleep -8 hour- work(study or your job) -8 hour- family, friends ,fun 10) Don't be too serious about things, take your life lightly unless it's impacting your financial condition and family.. ............ Sometime people can't differentiate between pleasure and happiness. For me if you regret after enjoying something it can be anything its pleasure. Example: Buy a supercar. If you don't regret after enjoying someting it can be many things but never anything so its called happiness. Example: help beggars, spend time with family members etc.

Religion requires a believer to give up all this in the service of one GOD. It depletes your soul of any creative thinking. God is a HUGE mental roadblock in the happiness of human beings.
