Congratulations on 30k! As an older subscriber, I am 68 yo,. Just a word of encouragement to folks worried by AI. I remember when computers became small enough, affordable and easy to use for small business. (I was a very young admin assistant) and everyone was saying so many entry level jobs like mine were going away because of computers. Instead I have seen more opportunities created than ever before. I viewed using the computer as simply a tool and I am looking at AI the same way. Hope this gives someone the reassurance that they don't need to worry about AI too much.

I’ve take the QBO course, but have put off testing for the certification because I don’t feel confident in my general bookkeeping knowledge yet. Question: How do you deal with adjusting entries? Do you have an accountant provide these or do you complete them yourself? If the answer is accountant, how often do you have an accountant provide these? I can't imagine asking an accountant to provide you with adjusting entries on 80 clients monthly.

What would you consider to be the limit on average daily transactions for a business that would make you decide not to take on that certain client, even if their business cards were hooked up to bank feed? Hey Zack, fellow bookkeeper here. I was wondering if you are having trouble with auto-pay when setting up new client invoices. I have older clients set up on re-occurring invoices and payment is set up for auto-pay. Recently it seems there is no longer this option for newer clients to pay automatically each month. Are you experiencing this problem?
