Idk if you drive but reading on the bus / train on your way to somewhere really helps to read while having a busy schedule

I actually used to do this all the time! But since the pandemic I've been working from home so I no longer have my reading-on-the-commute time 😢

The way of words is so powerful, how "guilts" can sway just from the way one says things... It made me think of that when you say "the sister that their mother misscariged" and how it can feel & be that way to some people rather than the misscariege being something that happened to her mother instead, one makes the mother a culprit, the other makes the mother a victim, it's so very interesting. I rly like how you go through your reads, combining opinion & summary. More over, I just really like your videos :3

Overdrive has The Night Tiger on ebook, I recommended them to buy the audiobook but if they don't get it I might try to read it on ebook, I'll also try and see if my library has it physically. I heard reading for 10 minutes or reading 10 pages a day can help if you're really busy and sometimes some are able to read more than that depending. Also audiobooks really help me, I know you like them anyway but I literally use them all the time, when I'm cooking, shopping, doing chores around the house, showering, audiobooks are truly a life changer

The Night Tiger sounds interesting. I loved the Ghost Bride by the author, that one was just like a Studio Ghibli movie. Maybe I will get to the Night Tiger soon :)

Audiobooks always help me read more... and using my alone time for reading instead of watching tv or something else.

You could try audio more audio books. On double speed. Now that im back at work I find that's the easiest way to get through books I've been really wanting to read.
@colby.lifts083 жыл бұрын
double speed just isn’t enjoyable i do normal 1.25 or if i dont like the narrator or book 1.5

cancer is a bit trigerring for me but i’m interested in yolk, to anyone who has read the book how big of a place does it take in the book/how intense is it? does the girl die or will she die soon? (yes i want to know bc it will influence my choice to read it hehe)
@thisstoryaintover3 жыл бұрын
It's not that big of a part! There is no dying. And no graphic descriptions. June does go through a surgery at the end of the book but it is just said to be happening and not described or anything. I hope that helps!
