I can't imagine the pressure being a booktuber and feeling like you need to read all the time/a lot. Try to be kind and patient with yourself though and it's obviously very okay if you don't read as much some weeks or even months. Also thank you for what you posted in the description box, I'm from the US and the sheriff literally said "he was just having a bad day," the fact we knew the name of the person before the victims, it's so disgusting. I hope you're doing well. Glad you enjoyed the book!

I love me some Chapters Indigo as well, but if you’re in Toronto, check out Type Books (on Queen St across from Trinity Bellwoods) - it’s my fav independent bookshop and they carry the best titles (IMO). They also give great reccos on their IG (I’m not affiliated with them at all lol, I just really love that bookstore and hope they are able to survive and thrive through the pandemic - support local! 😊) Also, thank-you for all your reccos - one of my fav books of 2020 came from you (Frankly In Love - I hope to keep this book for years to come to give it to my future child(ren). It’s such a great book that so accurately captures cultural + generational differences between children and immigrant parents)

Okay now I'm curious, at what speed do you listen in audiobooks? I definitely do 1.5x as a normal setting, but I find when listening to heavy description books aka Cassie Clare books I do 1.25x lol

Yolk is very much not my kind of book, but I am very interested in it so I might actually look into it. I am curious to see what you think about How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories, because so far everyone has been giving really positive reviews and me, a person that gave The Folk of the Air series four and five stars, did not enjoy it. I am literally in the 0% tile in my rating on Goodreads. I don't know, I just didn't get anything out of it personally. I do hope you enjoy it, but I am curious if you love it or if someone else is in the dislike category with me.
