hey boo, a common question: range or damage for the striker? I like range since the striker is semi auto and i can spray. On the other hand, when i use damage, i can also get range when i get specialist bonus. this is not possible the other way around.

Boo, have you tested KSG 12? Its great gun with range or damage.. But starting with it is pretty painful

@rickahboy91 Extended mags give you 50% more pellets per shell. EG: When you fire one striker shell, 6 pellets come out, each of them doing a certain amount of damage. With extended mags, you get 9 pellets, essentially getting 50% more damage.

striker is the only shotgun that i equip range. because of the semi auto, i can always double tap (which is now almost the natural reaction) and i get the bonus range.

Yeah all of the shotguns are amazing when you level them up all the way. It was frustrating but now I can easily put 3.0 kd's with former terrible guns like the AA-12 and the Spas. I also of course have the striker fully leveled as well. You get what you put in with the shotguns 10 fold.

I haven't ever tried the striker, don't plan to anytime soon. Two reasons: I'm still working on the KSG, and I like using uncommon guns. The striker is the only shotgun that isn't underpowered in this game, ergo, I don't feel the same level of thrill I have using the other shotties. MW3 is an awesome game, the only major flaw is the worthlessness of my favorite primaries, and the T95's 2-Shot-Kill of course.
