Great advice, i started calisthenics in my mid 50's, now at 64 years old and never felt better.

Thank you for this and for looking after the people who are a little past their prime. We all need to sub to your channel to keep in shape. Especially now with the covid happening. Who knows when this will go away enough for the gyms to open again in Australia.
