The game certainly has a different style and feel than most FPS Stalker type games. I'm on day 9 and keeping just Olivier happy takes a chit ton of mushrooms for comfort items. It's going to be Tough to maintain when I actually get recruits.

This game looks like what I had hoped Metro Exodus was going to be. It appears that this game yeilds an ammount of love to the player equal to that which the developers poured into it. Solid pointers... Great video!

fallout is american rpg, its require a lot of writing (dialogue option), probably not gonna released in 10 years since bethesda run out of idea and want to focus on starfield and elder scrolls 6

The most unsettling aspect of Chernobylite is when the Shadow Stalker is about to show up and second the monsters. Need to put up those things in the field to scavenge the zone without those pesty threats ^^

Top quality content as usual Boom! One small remark on the editing: The background music volume in the first half has percussion that creates a very distracting metallic chirping, which (at least for me) takes the focus off your voiceover. Maybe something to consider for future vids - Otherwise thumbs up!

I’ve been looking at this game sense it came out for early access and I just got it today and played for 3.2 hours and I love it. It’s literally everything I’ve ever wanted out of a game but, I’m conflicted if I should’ve gotten it sooner because pre-stalker call of Pripyat me probably wouldn’t have liked it as much. on the other hand I missed out on the fun for so so long

As far as I have seen, they drop random loot; mostly ammunition and mechanical/electrical scrap

Another trick to get rid of soldiers without losing psyche is open combat. Once a soldier has opened fire on you you can kill them without psychological damage. I guess you don't feel guilty for self-defense

Something odd is that if you have the takedown skill and shots someone undetected it didn't give me psych lowering. Ig it's made to detect if it's stealth kill in general not what source

I’ve played for around six hours now and the enemies aren’t very threatening at all, I haven’t died once and I’ve completely cleared every map that I’ve been to of enemies. Even if there’s two standing together talking, I can headshot the first one and the second one before he even has time to turn around. I’m going to turn up the difficulty and see if there’s a difference, still having a lot of fun though.

@The Breast of fresh Arse These developers must of went to a Mail order development school !!! Why would you make something like herbs a must-have component in the game? Herbs is something that you need to have like No less than 50 herbs at all time but after you get so far in the game you will not be able to find any more anywhere you might get lucky and find three or four that’s enough to make one or two healing things and that don’t waste any amount of time but the developers make it so it’s a necessary component to build to improve equipment you have to have herbs but yet they make it so you can’t find them in game this game is really stupid idiot I’m sorry it’s just dumb

(Important Note about the Environmental Modifiers) They effect every area (zone), not just the area you physically placed the structure in. Extra note: The radiation one works better when spread across the map, not all grouped up.

@@1ofzegermans928 yep. The easiest one to see this effecting is the storm delay. Eventually the effects stop getting worse. Then it's about maintaining them, which you don't have to do much of if you hide them well.

@@1ofzegermans928 small detail I just learned. While multiple can be placed on the map, the radiation one works better when spread out. I tried placing it near an existing one and it only made about 40 points difference, but when I ran to the opposite end of the map it was 230 points.

I like the game, but I HATE the trend that is XRay vision... Seriously, what's the point of going out scavenging when you can just spam the scanner and simply run around the map and pick everything up? No real searching involved. Just another marshmallow trend.
