For me, audio quality is the priority, followed by functionality. I believe Samsung offers better features, so I've decided to purchase the Galaxy Buds 3 PRO version.

I got the Buds 3 Pro about 2 months ago and they exceeded my expectations. I wasn't into the design at first, but I kept an open mind and I will say that I'm glad Samsung made the transition. And the blade lights are insane, hope with an update it'll give us more color options for the lights

Whatever works to compete in business and if fair/legal. Apple makes great products! S😢dly to say, it seems to be that people will always buy whatever they make, so Samsung do well to counter with a copy of a few great features and design. S💰lid Samsung phones took off when they borrowed a few iPhone designs... so why not do this for the buds/watch and see if it works now... It looks like it... 👍 All brands copy something or somewhere!

You forgot to mention that the Buds 3 support UHQ Audio 24bit at 96hz!!! As soon as my S24 Ultra got One UI 6.1.1, i enabled it and it made a massive difference! Especially when using Apple Music with High Rez Lossless enabled!!

@latinochico Unfortunately, no. You'll get good quality for sure, but the max quality comes with a Samsung device since it needs Samsung's own audio codec.

What kinda logic is that? That’s like asking a car manufacturer why not only sell a car with a higher trim for less money regardless of whether the included premium features will be utilized or not. Considering it’s not just ANC you’re getting for extra, it’s also a speaker case and wireless charging, that doesn’t even hurt your wallet too much considering Apples pricing. For those who want to save an extra 50 bucks, the option is there, particularly for example for families buying them as a gift rather than for themselves. We complain a lot when apple doesn’t give us options, but then when they do we still complain? Come on now.

the samsung wearable app isnt on iphone. So to change the settings you'll need an android. But at least the settings save when you change between different devices.

Why buy fake Airpods when you can get the real ones instead? Airpods are #1 in sales and the most popular earbuds and that's why Samsung copied Apple. I have both and the best Samsung features don't work with the iPhone...including the ANC, Adaptive Mode, Transparency Mode, translation, or gaming mode. Plus there is no Samsung wearable app for the iPhone

I have also a Samsung phone with AirPods 4 ANC. They work great together but for specific adjustments as choosing what a tap on the stem does, you need an IOS device. So if you don’t necessarily want to adjust those things of the AirPods, then it’s a really good choice also because of the fittment.

Been using MANY 3.5mm Apple Earpods with mic and they're pleasant on the iPod Classic and when using Samsung's 3.5 to C adapter on my S23+ (Because the Apple 3.5m to C cable has some kind of limitator... Codec?. I tried such Apple cable and it's highly noticeable the volume drop even at full volume and i need the FULL POWER/VOLUME) The questions are: -Can i use the same Earpods' mic button functions on the Airpods 4 (without rubber)?. aka 1 poke pause, 2 pokes next song, 3 pokes restart and 3 pokes after restart = previous song) ?... -Is there a "pick up/hang" function on the Airpods 4 that can be used on a S23+? -Where do you poke at, the ball or must ya hold the airpod 4's stick and poke/press with the thumb or index? -When using the Airpods 4, do they have full codec support for the S23+?. Aka full power and volume quality/loudness. Or do they also have limitations like if using an Apple 3.5 to C cable?

The AirPods 4 with ANC lower the volume of your surroundings, but not very much. The best way to explain is that you can still hear people when you are having music playing on the airpods, but you can’t hear em good enough to know what they are saying.

So what? Airpods are popular because iphone is popular. They're not necessarily popular because they're superior, they're popular because the ecosystem is popular. Sales has nothing to do with quality. Not a thing. I have airpods 4 and love love love them. I actually would not get buds 3 because I think they're a blatant and insulting copy without innovation, but I loved my galaxy buds pro 2s and I love my lives. This comment is just pointless.
