Thank you for this, it was a great tutorial. My only suggestion for a newer one would be to pay more attention to the prompting being used to do the image expansions. Some of them were hilighted, but when you sped it up to skip the boring stuff, there was no attention on the prompt. I've got the technical steps down, but the prompting the new image areas just throws everything right out the window for me... lol

Awesome! Invoke is great isn't it? You'll find clip skip in the advanced options under settings, toggle it on then it will be on the drop down bottom left. As shown here. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z3rdZXltpJubnbMsi=pwII5MA3g6uWyaP-&t=455 Hope that helps

I'll have more in this series to come soon, same concepts apply for Invokeai. As for clip skip, yeah I forgot with the latest version you don't need to go into settings. Likely you are using an SDXL model? Clipskip is only enabled with Stable Diffusion 1.5 in Invokeai. What model are you using?

@@MonzonMedia should be SD 1.5, they are called AbsoluteReality and Lyriel. As soon as i choose one of those models, the faces tend to look kinda broken. not sure if this is the result of the missing clip skip though.

@@captncrunch1726 nah highly not likely because of clip skip. most likely a combination of sampler used and your settings. Absolute reality recommended settings are CFG 4-10, Steps 25-30 DPM++ SDE Karras. BTW Clip skip should be at the bottom left under advanced.

thanks for tutorial, is Invoke your main AI tool of choice for creating? I haven't been able to use it much but between Leonardo and Invoke both tools like excellent for doing more than simple MJ prompts.

You're welcome! Yes I would say for more creative work invoke ai has been my go to and for online I use playground ai. There are quite a few platforms that I enjoy using being a content creator, it's fun to discover new things but when I want to create my own work invoke ai is just more versatile in that regard.

Yes but it's not as robust as invoke ai. Inpainting works well but the built in outpainting isn't the greatest. There are some extensions that help though.

so im following along amd its not working, it just draws the top of ,y i,age in the empty area and does not continue the image like yours is doing

Might help to erase the edges, keep half the generation frame 40-50% on the image, change prompt based on the area you outpaint.

Is Invoke compatible with EasyDiffusion? Do you have all of these and other programs loaded on the same computer?

Hello my friend, not sure what you mean by compatible? As they are separate programs for stable diffusion. But yes I have all of these platforms all on the same hard drive, except I have Automatic1111 on a dedicated drive, everything else is on my main C: drive.

@@MonzonMedia thank you for replying, I installed stable diffusion, later I realized "oh that's what they mean when they say automatic111", anyway, I still don't know what Control net is, I don't know what SDXL is, but many videos on youtube make it very clear that they are important and I need them, also I just found out what Loras are but purely by mistake because I was watching a video about something else. I noticed that there are a lot of git repos where people put in the readme HOW TO install and how to run, heck, they even put details about how to fix any errors, BUT THEY DON'T put what the damn thing is or why it's needed!!! So I feel like I am reading a book that doesn't have an index and the chapters are out of order. Either that or I'm stupid and I don't know what to search for on youtube
