I have my Master's degree in Social Work although, I state in all of videos that it is imperative you take responsibility for you own emotional and physical well being. I offer EFT as an EFT practitioner. The information and coaching I provide is intended to educate, inform and inspire you on your personal journey toward optimal health. My muscles have been hurting allot for the past 3 months. Thank you! 😭 Was crying earlier because everything was hurting and I didn't know why. I just feel like no one is listening to my problems and struggles I'm dealing with. :( I've been feeling stressed due too everyone's bad it's stressing me out. I'm so done! T_T this helped allot. Julie ❤ this is fab. How can I explore further what might be causing my muscle pain & tension with tapping ? I will keep repeating this to see if any emotions, feelings, anger etc reveal themselves as so far they've not. I do enjoy tapping so happily will continue my exploratory journey. X

Pay attention to what emotions may be stored in your muscles. Or what emotions come up for you when you connect with the pain for discomfort and tap on that. Hope this helps 💙

Is there a reason why it might be more difficult for people with chronic tension to release. I feel like I’ve had tension in one spot or another since college that never wants to go away. I think it’s a lot of fear but idk how to address it.

Look to the underlying emotions. If you think it may be fear (and it could be, especially if you have had a chronically stressed nervous system). This could help! 😘

@@Julieschiffman Yes Eft is like producing the same remedy effect just from the mind. I mean to say that the pattern of remedoes can provide more details to scripts of tapping. A drug picture of remedy reveals the totality of the delusion which gets resolved through EFT. It will only help to make scripts more on point...
