Julie ❤ this is fab. How can I explore further what might be causing my muscle pain & tension with tapping ? I will keep repeating this to see if any emotions, feelings, anger etc reveal themselves as so far they've not. I do enjoy tapping so happily will continue my exploratory journey. X

Pay attention to what emotions may be stored in your muscles. Or what emotions come up for you when you connect with the pain for discomfort and tap on that. Hope this helps 💙

Is there a reason why it might be more difficult for people with chronic tension to release. I feel like I’ve had tension in one spot or another since college that never wants to go away. I think it’s a lot of fear but idk how to address it.

Look to the underlying emotions. If you think it may be fear (and it could be, especially if you have had a chronically stressed nervous system). This could help! 😘
