@@shubhamrana8018 Hi. I consume grains (40%) and Cooked vegetables (60%) in the last. There is no concept of breakfast, lunch and dinner anymore. First meal comprises of fresh juice, raw fruits and vegetables and second is cooked.

Dear Shambhu, Yes, instead fasting will help you improve your condition. First, please understand what acidity is. Acidity happens when we keep eating throughout the day, and our stomach keeps digesting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It never gets a chance to rest. As a result, it loses its natural ability and starts releasing acids (digestive juices) even when it's not supposed to, that is, even when there is no food inside the stomach.Hence, the acids hit the stomach lining and it causes pain. Fasting will be extremely beneficial for any person suffering from acidity. It might be difficult in the beginning and the stomach might ache. But after 3-4 days, the stomach will regain its natural functioning. On the 4th day, you will not feel pain, even while fasting. If you never give your stomach a rest, acidity will never be cured. If 16-hour fasting seems too much, don't worry, start with 14, and then stretch, as your stomach gets cured. Make sure you combine 16 hour fasting with rest of the Satvic Steps (satvic diet, wet pack, enema, sunbathing, pranayama & light exercise) in order to get rid of acidity completely. It is completely normal to experience a little weakness or you might get a happy disease ( fever, cough, or cold) in the beginning of your healing journey. @@akshatrathi9817 ...u will not have excessive height...it's in ur DNA , what ever height ur parents r u'll get only to their height...if any of ur parent is 6.3ft u'll get to that height or at best 6.4ft not more than that...unless u have some thyroid problems, it's normal to grow up to the height of ur parents at this age..

Dear, Yes, kids can also follow the satvic lifestyle that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan, and some regular exercise. If a child is below 16 years of age and is completely healthy (not suffering from any health problem), then he does not need to fast every day. A 12-hour gap between his dinner and breakfast is enough. However, if a child is suffering from a chronic disease, it will be beneficial for him/her to fast for 14 hours every night. In the case of acute disease (such as cold, cough, fever, diarrhea, etc. he/she should do complete fasting (only on water and juices) for 3-4 days, or till the acute disease is cured, so that his energy (prana shakti) can fully engage in healing, rather than digesting food. For enema - We recommend a rubber catheter in the enema instead of a regular tube for kids under the age of 5. Mistreatment & torture of cows - The importance of milk as described in our scriptures is fully dependent on the act of cow service. However, with the passage of time, the dairy industry has turned into a brutal industry. This has to lead the farmers to torture the cows through hormonal injections to produce more milk. The calves are separated from their mother cows and they don't get the milk they deserve. Imagine if the same happened with a human mother. Her child is separated from her and her breast milk is taken away for commercial use. Hence the cows fall extremely sick & get depressed. How can we humans stay healthy by drinking the milk of such sick cows? 3. Our inability to digest milk - Even if we get 100% pure milk, straight from our own cow, we cannot digest it if we are living a sedentary lifestyle. According to the law of the digestion of milk, milk should split as soon as it enters our body. Only then does it get digested. For example, if a baby vomits milk immediately after he drinks it, the milk that is vomited out is split milk. This happens because, in order to cleave the milk, our body releases a substance called renin. Renin is released in copious amounts in children. As we grow up, the amount of renin released in our body reduces, which leads to indigestion of milk. Moreover, milk is a very heavy food and takes an immense amount of energy to digest it. Therefore, it is not recommended for people who do not work out for more than an hour a day or those who are curing a disease. However, athletes and growing children can have milk provided that it is Vedic milk. Vedic milk is milk that complies to the following 8 conditions - 1. The milk should be obtained from your own farm, or from the farm of a known friend or relative, where you are sure that the cow is loved and cared for. 2. The calf has the first right over that milk. If any milk remains after, only then shall you have it. 3. The cow should be fed good quality grass. 4. The cow should not be injected with any vaccines or chemicals. 5. Even if all 4 laws above prevail, you cannot drink milk if you are trying to heal a disease or living a sedentary lifestyle. You may only drink it if you are an athlete (exercising for more than 3 hours a day) or a child whose height is growing. 6. The milk should be preferably raw or at most, boiled lightly only once. 7. The milk should come from the cow alone, and no other animal. No buffalo milk. No goat milk. 8. Treat one glassful as milk as a complete meal. Do not combine it with anything. Since it is near to impossible to achieve all the above 8 conditions, we recommend you to have coconut milk instead. Coconut milk is the best replacement for cow milk. It has all the nutrition you could imagine in cow's milk. The best part is that it is pure and easy to digest. We recommend you to always make it at home and never buy store-bought milk which is lathered with synthetic chemicals. Bear in mind- Coconut milk should also be consumed in moderation.
