Shivangiji Namste We generally focus on adults and forget Children. Now a days over eating and poor digestion is very common in children. Pls make a podcast on how we can improve digestion in children ages 5 to 10. I mean for different age groups. Thank you

Small frequent meals are not good advice. Don't spike insulin so frequently. Insulin is the main culprit of Metabolic Syndrome X that includes Obesity & Fatty Liver Type 2 diabetes Atherosclerosis Hypertension Cardiac death Stroke Dementia Alzheimer's disease PCOD and infertility And, even Cancers. May be some unknown disorders not yet known. Syndrome X is the result of insulin resistance.
