1- dont use antibiotics as if possible. 2- use sugar in very less quantity or if possible only on occasions 3- no packaged foods & no mainda (increases inflammation) 4- be aware of overeating 5- eating too fast 6- best friend of gut - fibre (fruits, salad, nuts, whole grains) 7- omega 3 fatty acids rich foods 8-

Ma'am I'm really a person who used to lay in bed for a minimum of 5 to 6 times 8n a month for various diseases my whole day goes taking medicines ... Very nicely explained by you. We are tempted to deep fried Chaat,samosa, kachori, Pakode but we try to avoid as much as possible. When I eat Samosa or kachori, i take little and compliment them with Daal chawal and lot of aubzi. It gives us sense of balanced Thank you Jay Hind

I am already following these things to a large extent. Sometimes, I eat some foods like I ate ice cream today which has sugar. But I keep it to minimum and I try to avoid processed foods and mostly eat whole foods and do exercise. It's very easy to follow good diet and exercise if you make proper informed decision repeatedly so that it becomes a habit.
