The in-line 6 has crazy tuning potential. The 550i of similar years has had engine reliability issues.

In the mhd app is that all I have to do to run a flex fuel tune is enable the canbus system? And the you can run from 93 octane all the way to e50? Or e85 if your car can handle it. Or do I have to set mhd multi map also?

You have to either purchase the multi map pack that includes E85 maps or have a custom tune that includes multiple maps.
