Rest periods for recovery. This is where I was going wrong. I last worked out two days ago. I was going to do more today but I decided to listen to my body. I'm still feeling a bit of that sore stiffness so I am going to wait one more day. I'm doing kettlebells at age 53 so I need to slow it down a bit. Thanks Gary. I needed this video.

Thanks Gary. I like your vids and get a lot from them. Just turned 70, T level is very important to me. This helps.

When reducing stress was discussed, I hoped to hear something about going outside and getting some sun. Nature is a great way to reduce stress and help with sleep. Then, when supplements were brought up, and D3 was suggested, nothing was said about getting sunlight. Am I wrong to say that one of the best ways to get vitamin D is through sunlight exposure? I am not suggesting going out into the sun for hours on end, but 15 minutes here or half an hour there will do wonders for many people without having them worry about getting skin cancer (and that is another discussion).
