Please note, some trucks may have a solid brown wire in pin 10 rather than a brown with white stripe. Always reference off of the pin locations, NOT the wire colors. If you have any questions please contact us.
This wiring kit allows your fog lights to automatically come on with the park lamps on 2014-2019 GM vehicles. The kit is extremely easy to install and takes less than 10 minutes following our installation video. Don't mess around with manually turning on your fog lights any longer; have them automatically come on every time your head lights come on with this easy kit.
After install, your fog lights will come on any time the park lamps are turned on. If you leave your switch in "Auto" mode, this means the fog lights will always be on at night.

Just installed on 2020 Silverado 2500HD. 5 minute install after watching the video to get pin positions and wire direction. I know it’s nitpicking, but fogs should stay on when you want them too. This makes it happen. Thank you for a good quick product.

So on 2016 sierra when the fog lights are on during the day the blue/red lights around the radio and ac controls are illuminated also, with this kit will it still do that? And does it indicate The fog lights are on, in the Instrument cluster?

This won't trigger the fog lights during the day - they will come on when the park lights are on which if you leave your headlights in AUTO mode that means they'll only come on at night. When this mod triggers the fog lights they will come on, but the indicator on the dash won't be on.

Can this kit be used to tap into the headlights instead of the DRLs so they come on with the headlights?

The technical install document says pin 10, 18 but in the video it says 10, 22? Both document and video are for 17 sierra 1500

You might be referencing the wrong technical document - one for a different harness. Give our team a call at 765-831-2830 and we can refer you to the right document/video for your intended function as the same harness is used for numerous different applications.

I have a 2021 Sierra Denali - On a quick review I think the pin locations of the brown and blue are in different locations then shown in this video your thoughts? I can see from below the fog lamp wire is brown. Is it still brown and blue but different pin #s?

With this kit, can I still tap the fog light button and turn off the fogs when needed?

No - there is no override capability with this kit. Anytime the park lights are on the fog lights would also be on.

Just did mine,very nice, no you can’t turn it off. what I don’t like is it doesn’t light on the dashboard to show it’s working. I Also made the cargo light turn with the reverse !

I have a 2016 GMC Sierra and I followed the instructions and it didn’t work. My lights are on auto and fog lights do not turn on automatically with this set up. What am I doing wrong? T taps are in correct wires and the wiring connector with the blue ring is on the correct brown wire. Please help

I'm not sure why they can't just answer this question to make it simple for you. I have a 2017 Silverado. For this group of trucks it is the same module, however, they say that the auto fog that is on with the running lights and headlights will NOT stay on with the brights, and vice-versa. You would have to buy 2 mod kits to do that. They said that there is no way to do it with 1 kit because of how the vehicle is wired. Hope that helps you or anyone else looking for this answer.

@@deweygravesjr.122 I only have the one mod to keep my fogs on with the high beams. I like it but I have to remember to turn my fogs on first. Once I do they stay on until the truck is shut off. I thought about getting the other.
