So, a few of you will notice that this is a new version this video -- I hid the old one it had a terrible framerate problem, so I re-reccorded those parts. Otherwise it's the same video. Sorry for the confusion!

I am not in the market for a standing desk, but I watched this entire video because Mike could read the phone book and I'd sit and listen, totally enraptured.

People let me know that to activate the child lock you *press and hold* the memory button. You need to hold the M button for *almost 5 full seconds* to activate and deactivate. I guess I wasn't patient enough!
@mikeestwick33503 жыл бұрын
Hey Mike, see if a press and hold of that M key does the control lockout. I saw a tiny padlock icon on it. Keep up the outstanding work!

if you press and hold he child lock a blue led will come on and indicate that the desk is locked. and do it again and the "LoC" will flash and go away. took me a while to figure this out.

5:23 you say it's stable and supports weight without flexing as you literally shake the desk and it flexes under your pressure.

Does yours wobble front to back and side to side? Mine does a lot and keeps doing it for a while before it settles down.

@@jamesjett1561 hi , mine is pretty steady. It’s stiff and stable. Perhaps different brands. I have two. The first one is built like a tank. The motor is inside the leg. The other one I have is built different. Has a small rode that links the two shafts. That one is Wobblie

I just bought one about 3 weeks ago. It does everything that’s advertised EXCEPT it’s very wobbly, front to back and side to side. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful desk, very smooth quiet operation. I wanted so bad for this to work out but too unstable.
@sujaykawale2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, agreed. It's a beautiful desk, but really wobbly especially in the standing position.

To complicated a desk. Would be unsafe with dogs. I don't need any more possible sources of RF or electrical noise.
