He just modded a base Unity racing game and added 'koOl' graphics.. Still the same shit after two years, no progress at all aside from new 'content'(which is probably stolen anyways). On top of that, there's NOTHING wrong with using stock assets if you're learning a program, it's just a matter of learning from your mistakes. So tell me: What did you do at 14? Don't be a bragging a-hole either. What were you doing at 14 that could provide any enjoyment to anyone. What were you doing at 14 that gave you knowledge? Were you doing what you did now, insulting and mocking a child for one of their first games that they've used as a learning experience? Everyone starts somewhere, the kid started here, and if the 2018 update is any indication, he's learning ways to improve his game, and that's important for the future! He'll figure things out and learn from this game's brokenness. Who cares why he made it, how he made it, etc, as long as it motivates him to get better, and make more games. Now go do something actually worthwhile instead of feeling the need to berate a child.
