In practice shipment usually happens within a month to a month and a half. The leather is amazing, and so is customer service. I have about 8 pairs of their boots

Beckett Simonon is one of my favorite shoe/boot companies. I have a closet full of them at this point. FWIW, I had to go down a half size from my sneaker size in their shoes and boots (except the Reid sneakers for which I did go same size as sneakers).

I just got the Elliott Balmoral boots in black and it was a super nice boot. It's super lightweight and the leather is super soft. I got it a week before the bf sales for $169 and I couldn't pass it up. I just received it today and it's nicer than I imagined. I thought I would have an issue with size but I just ordered 1/2 size down from sneaker size and they were perfect!

I just received my Elliot Balmoral boots. It took a while (ordered in January, delivered in May), but it was worth the wait. They are exactly what I was hoping for. They look great in a suit. The quality is amazing, even more so given the price. I wear a 9 in Red Wings (8, 23 and 45 lasts) and apparently a 9 in Beckett Simonon. I highly recommend them for dress/non work boot duty. For what it's worth, they far outclass my Thursday Cadets (also size 9) that I bought for the same occasions.

I wore my Anders derbie shoes with that same rubber sole 2 or 3 days a week for 6 months last year and does not wear down that fast only just got through the thin waffle pattern with 95% life left. Mine came in a pebbled leather that hides any creasing, get regular compliments on them they are great. Also in Italian it's Vahk-et-a Like vacca or vaca in spanish for cow. I think the french pronounce it vah-shet-a though. It's Italian calf skin leather so I just go with the Italian word.

I bought these in black a couple years ago. My wife loves them. The leather quality is pretty low, at least what they were using in 2019. So they look a little weird to me, when I’m holding them, but I do wear and enjoy them. If I had it to do over again I’d have just bought a Carmina version, but if you can’t swing that produce these do work.

I have the dowler boots, with the pull-up calfskin, softest leather ever! I love it especially cause It looks rugged without me having to put in the time to break the leather in lol only issue I had was with the sole, wish I would have gone with a leather sole, the rubber they use is incredibly thick and cheap, more clay than rubber, amazing boots though

Hey I got a question for you I bought the Williamson boots from them and I got the cedar space boot trees. My boots are 9 1/2 and I got the trees in 9 1/2 should I have got the 10 instead?

You said not to wear everyday. What brand boot or type, would you suggest for someone who has to wear a suit everyday to work ? I would be buying three pair of different colors, so it wouldn’t technically be everyday, but I would wear them a lot.

Just get some with decent quality leather, use shoe trees (or better yet boot trees) and rotate your boots each day and you'll be good.

These boots are BAD, because the strap is up too high and will go UP and OVER the boot-part that the strap is supposed to hold down! they should be taller.
