Note 2 exercises I used a dumbbell because the 45lbs was too heavy for me, my back was already tight from a previous workout so didn't want to exert myself. If you have a lighter kettlebell thats great! If you also don't have a kettlebell you can use a dumbbell!!!

Is it necessary to take protein shake to built booty or chest muscle.? I think without taking protein we could reduce more muscles with these exercises. Am I right? Please guide.

The fact that you were using a 45 lb kettlebell and doing all the exercises and making it seem easy and then I picked up my 20 lb kettlebell and my muscles couldnt stop trembling... 😂 You've got to be a next level of fit

I am 28yrs old been doing booty workouts since 2020 i am also married & my husband loves my booty, i also work 8hrs a week so i do 2 different booty workouts 2-4x a week i make sure i eat first, This was a good workout first time meeting you & 2nd time using a kettlebell, i bought myself a 10pound for beginners then i will buy a much heavier kettlebell, My booty feels tight so i thank you for this workout!🥰🍑

I absolutely LOVE this video ! I prefer to workout early in the morning in my appartement and this workout is quiet. Plus I like how you don't talk during the workout part, so I can put my own music. ❤❤ May I suggest to put a tiny image or a gif of the next exercise during the rest period ? So that we're ready and positioned when the rest time is over

Note For self: Workout start to finish x3 is about 29 minutes 2x = 19mins 1x = 9 min 39 sec (round to 10min ig)

😮 ok I doubted that I was going to gas out during this workout. I got through 2 rounds and was sweating from head to toe and there’s no way I can do the third round as you requested in the beginning. You’re the truth!

whew! i could only get halfway through this routine before my back was over it. i think I need to focus on keeping my form tight. great routine. i feel strong as hell but also my legs are jello now. thank you

I didn’t have a kettlebell (I need to get one) but I used my 20lb dumbbell and weight plate for the swinging part. Thanks again your videos are inspiring & motivating. I found you during quarantine last year and fell in love with how you get to the point with the workouts. 😊

Love this workout !! Repeated 3x as noted and will be doing incorporating on lower body days. I would recommend to use beeps after the round as it would be easier not to have to look at down on the phone during the set at the gym. I’m new here & will be doing your other videos perhaps you have the sound in some of the other videos, if so disregard comment. However , amazing and great music ❤

You literally push me to challenge myself and switch up routines! Having a overactive thyroid has caused me to lose a lot of my fat. So I decided to try the gym since my body has always held muscle. Watching your videos, and brads (glute guy) has helped me put weight and more muscle back on my body quickly! I am learning so much from y’all, and the most efficient ways to get these gains! Thank you so much!! I was smaller then you so hopefully I can get to where you are down the road ❤

I could only do one round of this but once I get stronger I'll start doing more rounds :) Starting off with a 12kg kettlebell probably isnt a good idea but it feels great! I'll probably take a days break in between these exercises tho ,, I'll definitely update everyday until I feel like I've reached my goal. Thanks for this workout its amazing!! Update 1: I did this workout and took a day break. I did this workout again and I’m not gonna lie it felt a bit hard to do. I got through it and I am currently still going through the process. Not seeing any change ofc probably gonna have to do this workout for a month or two

Good stuff ♥️ I have two 25's so I doubled up on these except for the swings, lateral lunges, and for thrusts I added a 10lb ankle weight to the 25. I think I'll feel this one tomorrow 😉 I love your home workouts, I hardly ever use a gym and kettlebells are my go to at the moment, I appreciate this very much. Thank you ♥️

Girllllll let me just say holy shit. I've been working out for about 2 years. I'm used to workout videos being really cute and yes they are pleasing to watch/ follow, but yours... the whole vibe is electronic and that's fucking badass. Did this with 20lb weight and its my second time doing this workout as im training glutes 2x a week. Slowly working in progressive overload. I do have to do activations before this because half way through i can feel my quads trying to take over for my weak glutes lol. My back is fine. Glute focus .

Awesome video ! I’m a beginner in the gym and I needed something simple to follow along with that got straight to the point (no one has time for all the talking when you’re at the gym lol) My back was definitely on fire, so don’t know if I need to work on my form, but loved it !

Best work out and toughest routine I’ve ever seen in a very long time since I’m not on social media anymore so can’t see the women I used to follow on there ..this is perfection at its finest ..though tough work but fit gal 😅😊 will definitely try these out and I’ll finally have something in my back pants 👖 I’ve struggled with it for so long just can’t gain 😢 I’m still trying to get a nice stomach again after two big boys already at 34 I got very stretched out and still could be mistaken as a younger person Good Job mama ! ! !

I used 10 pound kettlebell and made it through twice. Sheesh. Gotta start somwhere but i really got my sweat on and can tell its working my legs and glutes real well. 😊

Holy shit this is good- I can never feel my flutes especially on one side doing booty workouts like donkey kicks etc and I only used 5 lbs weight like you advised (less weight and more reps). I felt it wayyy more- thank you 🙌🏻💯😋

I know i can. can someone push me off the couch now to get my weights and sneakers on. i'm laughing because i want to do it, but my butt is so relaxed. but this looks like fun. i would like to know if u started out with this shape or u started working out and then got this shape. that counts. how many times a week should we do this. i am going to try this three times a week for a month to see how it works for my body. but this was great. some people are already born with these bodies. i want to watch a video that will give me this body or something close to having muscles and thick thighs.

I love this workout been doing this mon-wed and let me tell you , it definitely burns!!! And I’m alr seeing a change with my 🍑 and legs . After searching for a right workout this right here is toning my lower body !

You feel it in your lower back because kettlebell swings strengthen your lower back .if your back is weak you will feel it.. keep training and you will get stronger
