Note 2 exercises I used a dumbbell because the 45lbs was too heavy for me, my back was already tight from a previous workout so didn't want to exert myself. If you have a lighter kettlebell thats great! If you also don't have a kettlebell you can use a dumbbell!!!

I absolutely LOVE this video ! I prefer to workout early in the morning in my appartement and this workout is quiet. Plus I like how you don't talk during the workout part, so I can put my own music. ❤❤ May I suggest to put a tiny image or a gif of the next exercise during the rest period ? So that we're ready and positioned when the rest time is over

😮 ok I doubted that I was going to gas out during this workout. I got through 2 rounds and was sweating from head to toe and there’s no way I can do the third round as you requested in the beginning. You’re the truth!

Love this workout !! Repeated 3x as noted and will be doing incorporating on lower body days. I would recommend to use beeps after the round as it would be easier not to have to look at down on the phone during the set at the gym. I’m new here & will be doing your other videos perhaps you have the sound in some of the other videos, if so disregard comment. However , amazing and great music ❤

You literally push me to challenge myself and switch up routines! Having a overactive thyroid has caused me to lose a lot of my fat. So I decided to try the gym since my body has always held muscle. I could only do one round of this but once I get stronger I'll start doing more rounds :) Starting off with a 12kg kettlebell probably isnt a good idea but it feels great! I'll probably take a days break in between these exercises tho ,, I'll definitely update everyday until I feel like I've reached my goal. Thanks for this workout its amazing!! Update 1: I did this workout and took a day break. I did this workout again and I’m not gonna lie it felt a bit hard to do. I got through it and I am currently still going through the process. Not seeing any change ofc probably gonna have to do this workout for a month or two

Did this with 20lb weight and its my second time doing this workout as im training glutes 2x a week. Slowly working in progressive overload. I do have to do activations before this because half way through i can feel my quads trying to take over for my weak glutes lol. My back is fine. Glute focus .

Holy shit this is good- I can never feel my flutes especially on one side doing booty workouts like donkey kicks etc and I only used 5 lbs weight like you advised (less weight and more reps). I felt it wayyy more- thank you 🙌🏻💯😋

ok. i watched this first to see if i could do it. I know i can. can someone push me off the couch now to get my weights and sneakers on. i'm laughing because i want to do it, but my butt is so relaxed. but this looks like fun. i would like to know if u started out with this shape or u started working out and then got this shape. that counts. how many times a week should we do this. i am going to try this three times a week for a month to see how it works for my body. but this was great. some people are already born with these bodies. i want to watch a video that will give me this body or something close to having muscles and thick thighs.

You feel it in your lower back because kettlebell swings strengthen your lower back .if your back is weak you will feel it.. keep training and you will get stronger
