I've been doing this exercise with a resistance band (heavy) and ankle weights for a month and a half(5x a week). It definitely lessens the look of hip dips! I do other workouts as well, but Annabelle's is the best imo❤

I'm gonna do this for a month my hips: 94cm day 1: ✅not gonna lie I couldn't even finish this, it killed me day 2:✅ it was a bit easier but I only did it once day 3 ✅ it is so difficult, I couldn't do all exercises day 4 done ( I am back! 08.03) did it twice day 5 done (11.03 I was so sore that I took 2 days off and did some cardio) did it twice day 6 day 7 1-week update: day 8 day 9 day 10 day 11 day 12 day 13 day 14 2-week update day 15

I literally did this workout 3 times and you can actually feel the burn. Which I love and each time I did it I felt it more great booty workout 🔥🍑keep it up with the workouts (ps never thought I would sweat after doing it 3 times)

It’s refreshing to watch a workout video and see the person working out looking like they’re like not suffering but going through it too and actually feeling the workout LOL. And one point we both like paused in silent pain together LMFAOSKSKS. I be so over the workouts where the person is just bearding and barely breaking a sweat like Jesus . I mean i get they’re more fit or whatever but still makes you feel less shitty about yourself to see other fit people still enduring

This works if you do! All these people saying they won’t do it 3 more times, remember: what you give is what you get. You wanna see results? Push yourself! The body is more than capable of doing it, it’s just your mind that needs motivation. Also don’t forget a little protein bar or shake after for quick results!

They’re right, you shouldn’t do it more than 3 times a week because you muscles need a resting time to heal. By doing it more than the recommended amount you could be causing damage and killing your gains.

TIPS FOR ANYONE STARTING THIS WORKOUT !!!! •do not do this everyday ! For maximum growth your body needs to rest. 3-4x a week maximum, even twice a week will suffice. • prioritize getting your protein in. you don’t need an insane amount but make sure that’s your highest macro • carbs !!!! carbs are very important for growth but make sure you’re getting good carbs like sweet potatoes and rice.

I have done this workout for more than 2 weeks AND MY HIP DIPS ARE SO MUCH FULLER like if yk what i mean, they are practically gone but i still continue to do this workout everyday 3 times. I recommend! I used a resistance band and ankle weights:)

so i’ve been doing this for 1-1.5 months and i’ve seen a big difference on my side, its ‘filled’ a good chunk of my hip dips and i grew about 2in. i also combined this with other glute workout videos too:)

I ordered a waist trainer and do this exercise every other day cut soda bread and sweets off drink boost protein shakes wear waist trainer 6 hours a day clean diet im trying to get slim thick ill keep yall updated so far 1 week and i feel so much better im fighting depression and this helps so much 😈 ill keep yall updated in a week

Y'all I was literally shaped like spongebob lol but now my body is taking shape the more I take control 🙌🏾 I had to take medicine for my depression during quarantine and I gained some weight,I wasn't too happy with it but working out has really given me a sense of control and helped me mentally. Im saying this because when I watched this video and tried to do it for the first time i only got through the first maybe 4 minutes but after that, I ate a bag of chips and said to myself "at least I tried". We ALL start somewhere and that's okay, i worked myself up to doing it 4 times within my workout but it took time because i was new; keep yourself motivated and don't be discouraged, its perfectly fine to go at your own pace, we see the most results and the best results when we are truly kind to ourselves💖

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process.
