Unfortunately I’m reason ting to title these videos with specific body parts because the general population think of movements as exercises and bodyparts. If I’d title this video “ Lower body Strength for hypertrophy” I’m not sure if they would understand that this is a strength routine that can be done to out on muscle not only on the glutes.

I’ve lost 5 inches around my waist doing her workouts. I’m 5’10”. I don’t usually weigh myself because I don’t care how much I weigh. Once my waistline is where I want it, everything else is gravy. Note: I love how thick her hair is.

I can appreciate that as well! I was just at my gym doing another biometric screening prior to some trainer recommendations for a resistance workout regimen to maintain my weight while building muscle & losing belly fat, and during the evaluation the guy wanted me to add more weight and I kept telling him no I am not comfortable with that & I don’t want to injure myself as I really just wanna focus on getting the technique right for now!

First time back in the gym since about 8 months...this was exactly what I needed! Took me back to basic muscle memory, and listening to my body. I wasn’t discouraged by starting back at square one but felt highly encouraged by seeing her ramp up the exercises to a higher level if you have the ability to. Great video :) careful flinging head back during hip thrusts it can cause injury. Safe and proper form is keep chin tucked the entire time only lower body movement in hip thrusts

So I've been strength training for about 5 weeks now. Today was my lower body day and I did this entire workout. Since I have a simple at-home gym, I had to modify the hip thrusts (did a weighted glute bridge instead). I also did a side plank with a leg lift for the adductor one. My weights weren't as heavy as hers, but HOLY COW!!! My legs are like JELLY right now!!! I was dripping in sweat by the end!!! Also, I don't have anything to measure my heart rate, but this definitely got it pumping! Great workout and will keep this one in my saved faves!!!💗💗💗

I love the fact that you're not shying away from lifting heavy , and you're not selling a booty band workout that's supposed to make the ladies look like JLO with 20 lbs of resistance.
