As srilankan we use Sls 573 Smm Its said that user can apply rule in same box if not divided by a line in tabulated rules. So cant we apply this to dilemma such as 150mm nr valve coding : as J83 & 1 from nominated bore not exceding 200mm etc.

Usually it is for infra works. HVAC is not usually part of infra works. Class Z can be used for building related hvac works if cessm4 is used

As per FIDIC, order of preference is 1.Specification, 2. Drawings, 3.BOQ

Depends on what form of contract is used and if any bespoke clauses are mentioned.
