After a day's rest at home I joined the women today.
Next it's the Pashmina March on 7th April... on the lines of Gandhi ji's Dandi March.
Do please join Ladakh on 7th. While we do the Pashmina March here, you can do your own Marches to show 'Destruction in the name of Development' in your own areas.

You strive to preserve the traditional which is not only beautiful but it is sustainable. Yet, the marriage of the traditional with modest development, like solar heated homes made of local materials or schools like SECMOL or HIAL which provide rounded, holistic education help to make life meaningful. The Buddhist values must be maintained. Life in the West has evolved from materialism into pure emptiness and our youth seem to be in trouble because they are lost. So, we too need a model that projects hope for what life could be. I study Ladakh, I've been to Ladakh and I look to Ladakh as an example.
