incorrect the destroyer in bl1 wasn't the full destroyer if you listened to these wtireing or even played bl3 you would konw this in bl1 the destroyer was only wounded which caused a distrubince which caused the edrium to rise to the surface of pandora at the end of bl3 the tyreen leachs part of the destroyer and gets a small amount of the destroyers power but the destroyer is still alive trapewd inside pandora

From what I can tell based on these logs is that there used to be seven sirens the leech being the seventh. The eridians asked the seventh siren for help imprisoning the destroyer and in the process destroying eridian civilization, the sirens power was then locked away within a vault on necrotefyo which was then released by Typhon Deleon, The power then latched onto Tyreen and Troy, who were conceived within the vault.

Leech is not the seventh. Given the timeline of events, Tyrene and Troy were growing up on Nekrotefeyo during BL1 and BL2, meaning there has only been six sirens.

This game had tons of lore including but not limited to: Pandora being a Vault to contain the Destroyer, with Elpis being the Vault Key. The Warrior essentially being Pandora's own Guardian. The Eridians sacrificing themselves to lure the Destroyer into Pandora to seal it up. How the Vault from BL1 was a false Vault meant to feed the Destroyer and sedate it. How Pandora had a entire mantle of Eridium and why it burst forth after the Destroyer's feeding cycle was disrupted. How Tyreen and Troy got their 'Phaseleeching' powers from Nyriad sealing herself in the Vault on Nekrotafeyo.

Nyriad tells us that her sisters came up with a way to seal her powers, and she chooses the vault on Necradefayo. Seemingly referencing herself when she refers to a leech. Then warns us to never look for the seventh. And the game aggressively tells us that Typhon DeLeon and his wife (I forget her name) "beat the monster" within the vault on Necradefayo were the Kalipso twins are born and that their siren power is to leech power/vitality from other living beings.

@@twinodoom There's also the strong possibility that the Seventh Siren she's referring to is herself, The Leech, which she attempted to lock away on Nekrotefayo (and which Typhon's horniness accidentally unleashed, since the twins were conceived in the Vault where the Leech power was hidden). That "something bad" could very well be exactly what happens in Borderlands 3, rather than a set up for a sequel.

What's the 7th? Is it tyreen the leech? Or anything about troy? What are the siren powers? Are they always the same or do they inherit the same exact power because when I think about phase shifting into technology how far back does the power exist? Does it predate any relevant tech? basically anything about the destroyer except that it's an unending force of evil Theres like an infinite pool of plot holes disregarding everything in tales and the previous games.

They could've foreshadowed how the crimson raiders will be the ones defending the vaults from the Calypsos. Lilith even said "We have to find the vaults before they fall into the wrong hands" in the last DLC. That's why she has rebuilt the crimson raiders and recruited new vault hunters, thus literally taking the job from the guardians.

So now the leech siren ‘spirit’ is released onto the universe. Did Lilith absorb it? Did Ava? Gbox is notorious for plot holes, but it seems like Tyreen also absorbed a destroyer like lust, perhaps as a taint from Nyriad‘s deeds to lock the warrior. The leech power would also be a way to assemble all siren power into to one. Which might suggest sirens a fractured whole and might even be a construct of the Eridians.. guardians of a different sort. The logs also make me think Eridium is the blood of Eridian themselves.. or its just magic goo.

The mass leeching trasformed the eridians in the eridium mineral prison located far away from Necrotafayo (it's why they built the machine, the same way we see in Amnesia: Machine for Pigs) now known as "Pandora" (see the famous greek myth with the same name) ;)

Also i don't think that all Eridians were dead, remember there were some that sided with the Destroyer and wanted to destroy Pandora, that group of people might have never entered Pandora and still hiding somewhere waiting for the right time to release the beast... on second note, the fate of the Eridian race is unclear coz Myriad said she ended the Eridian race, or at least what's left of, but all we know is a great number of them went inside the vault on Pandora to lure the Destoryer in, and another group sacrificed themselves to fuel the "seal"? that might very well not be the entire Eridian race, there could still be some that survived it somehow... what if for what ever reason the Guardians turned, or some survived group of Eridian decided to turn on the would and release the Destoyer or the Creator? maybe that's the end game? #vaulthuntersassemble

Tyreen+Troy=seventh siren that basically mimics the Destroyer in human form (think about how Tyreen is fed through the sacrifices of the CoV members as the Destroyer is fed by Eridians and Vault Hunters every 200 years). Nyriad was also the 7th (Tyreen and Troy inherit from her the leeching power) but in dualistic opposition to the Destroyer: it's why she prays that she was never found when dead, knowing so much well (she killed millions of lives in the process) the risks and costs of leeching "necromantic" pratice.

It's why eridium supercharges the sirens powers.....cause it's "souls" in mineral form. And the sirens are literally the demonic priests ("witches") that can summon&bind (through death) the "Destroyer", really a lovecraftian avatar of the chaotic nature of the Universe. Tyreen wanted to even control it and of course died cause you can't control chaos and bind it to your deeds and live, it's a kind of hard limit you simply can't bypass.

Where do you find all of these, I’m at 34/30 and still haven’t gotten the achievement and you have some that I don’t have but I can’t see them on my maps anywhere Edit: ok so apparently when you just spam click the slab in tannis’s room you just unlock the other ones but you don’t actually hear the audio play.

I've seen alot of people on PC with these achievements for all logs and 100% completion etcetc.. wondered myself. Then I saw videos of people floating through walls to bypass locked areas to get items. I'm pretty sure alot of these logs along with the raid boss is still locked until Dlc or a new patch.

Ok I've noticed something that I'm sure is completely coincidental, but RWBY's maidens and Borderlands' Sirens have a lot in common 1. There only a set number of Maidens and Sirens (with some exceptions) in there respective universes 2. Each Maiden and Siren has a unique power set for that particular Maiden and Siren 3. Maidens and Sirens can only be women (Troy doesn't count since he was 'a parasite') 4. Maidens' and Sirens' power can only be transfered (again, with some exceptions) to either the last woman in their thoughts, or a completely random woman (Maidens must be young women but still) 4. Maidens and Sirens are needed to open the Vaults of their respective universes (Maidens being the actual keys and Sirens being needed to charge the keys) Like I said. I'm sure it's completely coincidental, I just wanted to point that out.

@@dogsbreakfast4952 yeah the game did suck but i liked the story and no he wasn't, the moment he started to turn was when he killed the meriff, he said to him ' i was going to let you live you stupid bastard' then after he said 'damn that felt pretty good' meaning killing somebody made him feel good and excited like he didn't expect it would. and from the logs in bl3 you can hear him talking to angel and he is just a loving father, until she kills her mother and bandits find out she is a siren and want to kill her. he is a loving father protecting his daughter, nothing went right for him and he turned to the dark side. who can blame him. his story is very deep if you take time to read or listen to the full story.

@@mrmashup1404 No not really. In an echo log from BL2 it shows he was always like this it just never came out until all that started happening to him. The log is also before he was CEO of Hyperion. So it is around pre-sequel in terms of when it happened.
