Cause they didn't watch it lol. Films are review locked, as in, the actual press screenings for reviewers come with NDAs. They get a date and time, when they can publicly review the film. Some channels review by watching only the damn trailer or some bootleg copy made with a mobile phone.

NDA is not for saying what happened in the movie but spoiler free reviews are heartly welcomed by the Distribution companies bcoz it is promoting their films whether it's good or bad... 👍
