Honestly I put hours into making melodies from scratch, because my brain tells me "everything has to be done by it's own". And if I don't get the right vibe I feel like literal sh*t and wanna give up. Since I clicked on the video I feel much better and thing's starting to get easier since I don't try being perfect on every note I make. You give good advice. If you don't have fun, don't force it and be silly instead. Thank you for reminding us what the real point of making music truly is.
@CryzorBeatz2 ай бұрын
for me it's the best way to create everything as far as it's possible for myself I like to build melodies and when they are not good enough I will LEARN instead of using other guys melodies... todays the most music makers just want it easy and simple without using their brain and learn something to become better.. sad world in my opinion..
@chrisparsons17662 ай бұрын
You should stick to making melodies yourself lol. This style of production is dead in the water and no one wants to work with these types of producers anymore. Your way more valuable as a producer if you actually know how to make the sound. Dragging and dropping shit from splice is how a 13 year old makes music lol
@fraggan7532 ай бұрын
Yes its dead weight and only YT "producers" give those advices. Its just for the clicks if you wanna really "Work in this industries" you need to have the ability to create those.@@CryzorBeatz

You always motivate the shit out of me bro. I have been producing for 2-3 years now, have uploaded 20 beats so far on my Spotify, I want to reach 100 beats before 2024 ends. Sometimes I go offroad and stop producing for a while, I spend way too much time on shit that doesn't really matter much like VSTs and Sample Packs or Watching shitload of tutorials that I don't really practice... but watching your video makes me realize why I started this shit in the first place... to have fun// Thank you Nick, you're amazing. and this channel is a gold mine for every producer out there.

I think alot of this comes from treating your DAW like an instrument and learning it inside and out. You create so well and remain the flow because you know exactly how to operate your DAW and it doesnt trip you up or take you out of your flow.

Super facts! with the advancement of tech and music, getting hung up on if your" authentic" or not because you may use loops or samples is soo overrated and irrelevant, especially when some of the biggest songs on the music charts have continue to be sampled songs! .And when you learn your daw of choice, those loops will never be the same.
