Well, the (now former) German defense minister (now the head of the European-Commission) also speaks three languages (English, French and German), usefull ones at that because frankly: Who needs Latin and Ancient Greek? If he were an archaeologist or something like that, then we could talk! Boris only speaks two usefull languages - Englisch and French! Well, back to the former German defense minister, she speaks multiple languages, too and she still left the German military in a dilapidated state and steeped in controversy about external consultants and misspent funds (for example the enourmous cost overruns for that sailing ship the German navy operates and which needed maintenance to be kept operational!) We vote for parties not people. Parties have manifestos which when elected they will carry out. The leader of the party is selected by party members which anyone can be if they donate to the given party. The leaders can change under no confidence, or resignation at any time. This system works just fine. Butt out you wimpy Americans

Have a look at kzbin.info/www/bejne/ioPFfoRqqZeBnNE This is the closest I can get to compare the two directly with George Galloway MP testifying to the Senate and destroying the committee chairman who wasn't expecting it. Also kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpvVdqN8npiEhac Here a minister lulls opposition MP's into a false sense of security before ripping them apart.
