Borneo Clouded Leopard

The clouded leopard is more at home in the trees than on the ground and can move nimbly through the dense forests of southeast Asia and the eastern Himalayas. The exact numbers of this secretive cat are not known but they are believed to be in decline due to habitat loss and poaching.

Clouded Leopards chuff like a Tiger(Largest Pantherine Cat) & Meow like your Home tabby(smallest non-pantherine cat). BUT they can neither Roar/Growl nor Purr. Amazing isn't it !

😢😢😢😢 rhino... It's gone now. The leopards, in my area, in 40++ years, i've only seen this majestically cute cat 3 times in the wild. It's a veeeeery rare sightings.

Any sub species of tiger or clouded leopard from any mainland asia or south east asia countries r different with indonesian islands.. If u look up closely Sumatran tiger (indonesia) have different characteristic with other tiger subspecies Sumatra tiger have longer hair and sideburn in their head so their looks almost like mane on lion,darker fur and bold stripe

@@nonochanyeppoyo2490 nope bro..mainland asia or other south east asia's clouded leopard is neofelis nebulosa, but indonesian is neofelis diardi (sundaland leopard), indonesian leopard is different cause they r separated by sea maybe around billion years ago, thats why i said clouded leo and their tigers r different

Well this is a different species from the regular mainland clouded leopard. It is called the sunda clouded leopard whose scientific name is neofelis diardi whereas the mainland clouded leopard is Neofelis nebulosa. The bornean clouded leopard is a subspecies of sunda clouded leopard, along with the Sumatran clouded leopard.

Jen Babiak they’re a different species. Borneo’s clouded leopards are Neofelis diardi while other clouded leopards on mainland Asia are Neofelis nebulosa

Neofelis Diardi has a face texture that is closer to the panthera genus than Neofelis Nebulosa. But both of them belong to the neofelis genus, and the pantherinae sub family

There isn't any Rhinoceros on Borneo during 2013 available to be film in the wild!. @WWF Australia, why not just retitle this video into Sumateran Sunda Clouded Leopard (Neofelis diardi diardi) and that this video were made at Sumatra (Kerinci-Seblat National Park) instead on Borneo?!
