The dimensions we see the otsutsuki create can be argued to be anywhere from smaller systems to entire universes. And if you agree with the idea that they scale to their dimensions (the idea that they could only create dimensions so large because they themselves are so powerful) would scale their ap (attack potency or how strong their attacks/how durable they are), then characters like kaguya and Momoshiki would scale to solar system (lower or higher doesn’t really matter) and boruto being above them in terms of ap means he’d also scale their at a bare minimum level.

Boruto even without karma has jougan the shinjutsu that has the powers of senrigan and daemon eye (cause senrigan and daemon eye was made from jougan), the jougan has the abilities of all 3 great dojutsus. Rinnegan: like rinnegan, Boruto's jougan can travel through dimensions and can see hidden barriers, and an ability that RINNEGAN doesn't have it can see through dimension and see what people are doing and it can see a bit in future like when boruto was able to see the portals before urashiki made them. Sharingan: like sharingan BORUTO's jougan makes him able to see things at very slow speed and ge can copy other like when fighting momoshiki boruto was dodging his full speed attacks and was able to deliver a blow.
