The Dish Washing machine can be maintained only by the upper middle class people but not the middle class people in India. It's maintenance is vast and cost of maintenance is highly expensive. The water density recorded and prescribed for intake of the machine shall be accurate. For this the Show Room fix a small filter uniit for any bad density water but it's quality of life is never be disclosed. After one year from the date of the purchase the customer care or technician will consult promptly for it's free service. While attending we will be informed that the filter unit life is only for six months but it has been used for one year so it shall be replaced immediately not with the same type of unit since the same is not under manufacture but the new design filter unit which costs Rs. 3000/- and the filters candle shall be used in it is Rs. 150/- which shall be replaced in every three or four months depending up on the usage of the Machine. So, totally at the first free service itself we have to shelve down nearly Rs. 4000/-. Apart from this we have to maintain liquids, solids, salts, tablets etc etc purchasing continuously. So,better not to become victims to these technological machines as they make the life frustrated and miserable. Better always choose conventional methods which are God's Gift for the mankind.

It will still be cheaper and better than hiring a maid especially in some areas where they charge 3000-4000 for dishes including mop n sweep

Nope. In a Tier 2 City. Maids costs from 4,000/montj approx. and on top of that use way too much water and soap. Dish Washers costs about 30,000-35,000 and consumes about 1.5 units per cycle. which is on avg like Rs. 9 that means monthly cost is about Rs. 300 Approx. So it saves ₹3,700/month + saves soap and water (which we will ignore) That means within less than 10 months, you would have already saved enough money that costs to buy this machine. And on top of that, maids sometimes keep the utensils unclean, or break the glass utensils or refuse some utensils cause they TAKE TOO MUCH TIME, and they are in a hurry to go some other house. So you SAVE Water, you save Soap and in less than 10 months you saved more money than you spent on the machine, and after that you will keep saving more money as well. Not to mention in Dishwasher, as utensils are already semi-organised, arranging them into racks is also easier and also utensils come out completely dry, so that is also easier, while the maid will not arrange the utensils for you as they are still wet. And this is for Tier 2 cities, in Tier 1 cities, even getting a reliable maid is a hassle and they cost anywhere from 7,000-10,000. And maids also keep going on holidays and then you have to do all the work. I also used to think this way, but then we got a dishwasher cause our maid used to go on a week of holiday every month. Do the calculations yourself and see. edit: also this guy is lying about the filter change. You DO NOT NEED TO change the filter every 6 months, you have to clean it every 3 months. And have to change ONLY IF IT IS DAMAGED (TORN), which does not usually happen it they easily last like 5-6 years. even after that if they are not torn, you can just clean and use them.

Bosch should really think about Indian Budget Consumers. Everything is premium, a mid range for budget customer would be a great deal.

The washing quality of dishwasher will make you very happy. The price of all bosh diswasher starts from 40k.Bosch recommend to use tablet from finish which is very costly also. On top of that total monthly cost for two times a day is around 2500(Salt,Tablet,electricity bill, descaler).On top of that you have wash little for oilly items and arrange.So if your getting maid who is ready to wash utencils twice a day for 2500/month.Then its worth not buying this. I'm regretting my decision for buying this..

I have one query, anyone please answer it. If i use tablet in my dishwasher then do I still need to use detergent powder, rinse aid and salt? In many videos available on youtube all are saying that if you use tablet then you don't need to use anything other but today bosch technician came and told me that even if you use tablet you have to use detergent powder, rinse aid and salt. Please let me know the truth

Been using it for 3 months now. Its just good for plates cups glass and bowls.But utensils used for tea, pressure cooker and kadhai mostly, we need to wash them after washing in machine,even in intensive wash. Not worth the cost. Dissapoints me everytime.

Bought new one just last month from devi international .after 2 uses. Got issues in drain out water stored in tray creating smell.we Called service centre took 3 days to send service person. Service person suggested to replace drain pipe and ordered thru his guidelines. New machine not even 2 uses drain pipe worn-out. Almost 15 days quoted to get one ordinary drain pipe. Worst service by Bosch. Pl think twice before buying this product. As of now problem not resolved

I don’t recommend Bosch dishwasher at all for steel utensils. I purchased their dishwasher in October 2022 and complaint them for many times Their technician says that we should change our utensils It’s strange when we wash them by hand it’s shining and neat and clean but when we wash them in dishwasher they change in yellowish colour

Really, worst experience ever. For the first time ever I have faced such hopeless service. It has been 2 months today, and my dishwasher is still not working. Stop harassing me, lest it becomes a big issue. After spending Rs 11,000, you still haven't been able to fix my dishwasher. The situation worsened when your technician stole a faulty part, perhaps worth Rs 3,000, with no action taken against it. The second technician fixed the dishwasher, but the stolen part (detergent chamber box) still doesn't work. Then the third technician spent 2.5 hours, and after starting it, smoke emerged. Now the dishwasher is completely non-functional, and your technician quoted Rs 6,000 for repairs. Tell me, if you keep sending incompetent technicians to my home, they'll keep playing with the dishwasher and making it worse. Should I keep paying to get it fixed? I provided all this information to Vishal, who initially gives false reassurances on the phone but then doesn't respond afterward.

I brought same Bosch from Dubai and brought to India. Bosch India charges double for service/repair if the model is imported. To me this has no logic. I don’t like Bosch at all! Most of Bosch products are Made in China. Buy only Bosch Made in Germany.

Why you people keep harassing me day by day. Clearly tell you please stop harassing me before it’ll become big issue. Two months are about to end, and so far, the dishwasher hasn't been fixed, and on top of that, your technicians stole parts from my dishwasher. Really, worst experience ever.
