Got a trek Marlin +6 and I’ve managed to snap off the display at the Mount, would it be possible to buy another complete Puron 200 unit and replace it? Or will it have to be tuned to the new display if that makes sense? Thanks

Hi, if you replace it with a new one you may get an i.d conflict in the flow app, if you can’t resolve it through the app you will need to take it in to your dealer.

I installed the purion 200 but my dealer was unable to resolve the conflict and I had to replace the old remote LED. Advice? Change dealer?

Just fitted one on my cannodale moterra Nero 3 2022. Fitted it myself and works perfect, no dealer pairing needed, just did it with flow app on my phone, I removed the kiox 300 and now have a clean cotpit

Yeah I pretty much did the same, uninstalled the flow app, deleted existing bluetooth pairing with ebike smart system, reinstalled the app and re logged into my account and followed the onscreen steps to reset everything up, it prompts for what controller you have, select the purion 200 and away you go all working fine.

Yeah but can't use like the ebike lock and some extra settings basic one's you can still use till its hooked up l,it'll have a conflict till its put on the diagnostic with the change over skip to 7.30 In this he also shows it but works with the basics till its reset kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKSudKWgrr-dfpYsi=D52w9uWV87-C5PUr

My cube reaaction hybrid 2023 was delivered yesterday with one a purion 200 fitted from factory instead of the LED remote. Cant find anything online about this bike coming with it so a bit perplexed. Not complaining though!

Installed Purion 200 on a Co op DRT 3.1e, had to unregister bike using the original controller then reregister with the purion 200 to allow it to pair using the Flow app. Lock feature works however it interferes with charging since it keeps locking out during charge, it shows the % of charge with a lock, is this the ID conflict mentioned? I thought the lock would not work at all if there is a conflict? Disabling Lock feature seems to resolve the charge lock out

Not great positioning of the screen when you turn the bike over on its seat/handlebars to fix a puncture or sort the chain.

Hi from Costa Rica ... also ... what chilly weather are you talking about? LOL I am still not in peace with the Bosch controls/displays. While I hate Shimano (EP8 is the plague, on 3rd motor) , I have to say, that the minimal switch and the display in the middle is a good balance. That said, I think Specialized got it (almost right). Display in frame, switch on bars. I just wish they were wireless (like the Garmin remote or the Sram AXS things)

I'm guessing this ebike had a damaged cable to led remote if you had to run a new one? As we know the one's already there work with purion 200! We are all using them and fitting these ourselves just now with the new info out how to avoid a dealership pairing as it should have been plug and play from the start!

My Cube bike hung up during software download via the flow app. There is no dealer here in the Philippines for the Bosch SMART system, I did the import myself. Any idea how to resolve this? The diagnose system is sold only to dealers as far as I know.

Ayup Mon ami, yes all does as indicated, but the customers bosch flow app doesn't recognise the bike any more. What is the procedure for removing your bike from the flow app, without loosing existing ride data etc. Cheers.

There isn't any 'routine' service on Bosch DUs. You'll just have to wait for the bearings to blow or, you get the dreaded 500 ERROR code. I know because I am on my 5th Gen 2 DU 😉

Hi, regarding the bosch systems on your bike,It's worth booking it in every 6 to 12 months to check for any firmware updates for your system. your motor inside is not a serviceable item.
